• story • ..I was supposed to die.. Wasn't I? Sevir turned to look back at the spectre that had brought her back from the underworld. The image wavered as it moved closer to her, its fetid breath making her nauseous. You did. The demon moved in even closer, an impossibly wide grin stretching across its face. I brought you back.There was a sudden gust of wind as the demon lunged for her, its body merging with hers. The impact knocked Sevir over and sent her into convulsions, her eyes tightly shut. It went on for a few minutes before her body stilled, and she shakily rose up, a faint silvery glow swirling about her form.. Her eyes narrowed as they surveyed the land around her.. Eyes that were now glowing with the demons presence. Hehehe... We have work to do. |
