 Website This site was created to help out the members of Not-A-Meepit Guild as well as answer some general questions, but is welcome to any who would benefit from it. We plan to update at least each week with a list of the pets from our guild that have been entered in the beauty contest, as well as ones I just happen to think are nifty. Posting Rules: I know, I know, not the most welcoming topic, but let's get it over with. ;) Any member who makes a post that even indirectly asks for another member's login info will be immediately removed from the guild, and reported, no questions asked. Please keep your posts to a minimum of 2 full lines. One-liners are tolerated ONLY when carrying on a conversation with another guild member, or when making a brief announcement, (that means one brief announcement. If you're annoying people by posting multpile one-liners in a row, it's seen as thoughtless and excessive.) If you post multiple one-liners in a row, the posts will be deleted, and you'll get a warning, so stop and think carefully before you post, to make sure you didn't forget anything. Do not flood the message board with "Vote for my pet" advertisements: maximun of 2 beauty contest advert posts every 4 hours. No Shop adds, adds for other guilds, for trade-post lots, or for auctions, (special straight-forward-type giveaways for guild members not included). No chainletters, (or messages that tell other people to post the message repeatedly), and No dominating the board. Meaning, if your posts alone take up 9 of the 20-something posts on the front page of the message board, tone it down! This means that asking for neopoints or items from other guild members will not be tolerated. Furthermore, we also will not tolerate any post or neomails asking for people in the guild to find or sell you items at a discounted or significantly smaller price than the item is actually worth. Neopets is a game, and like any other game, the more you work at it, the more points you get. Begging is not only unfair to the people who earned the points and items themselves, but it's unfair to you because you don't learn anything about the game by mooching. Any such posts will be deleted without hesitation by any guild message board admin. Continue to respect the Neopets' Chat rules, and keep out profanity, or other innapropriate language and topics. If you swear, or say anything innappropriate, you'll be banned. If you have a difference of opinion, try to handle it like rational adults. If I, or any other message board admins feel you are not behaving in a way that befits a member of our guild, we will not hesitate to drop you. If it is a serious offence, we will ban you. Sorry if it seems harsh, but to make everyone feel welcome, we need the help of all members. Whining and saying everyone hates you, or similar things is also considered to be very rude, as well as a huge generalization. Just because you're in a bad mood doesn't mean you need to drag other people down with you! Violators of this rule will be suspended. If you see someone on the board using an avatar pretty often, please try to use a different one. We do this to make it easier for new people to meet everyone in the guild, and because it's easier to keep posts straight when you read a bunch of them all at once. It looks like Miles chugged down exactly 265 Jelly Beans! That means lexahgirl is our winner with her guess of 250 Jelly Beans! Congratulations! I hope everyone had fun. :) Evidence that our guild is lucky! Whoo!
When you first join the Not-A-Meepit Guild, you will notice under the council, that you have a Guild Rank. Now, in Not-A-Meepit, these don't really mean a lot aside from Liz's SPC BCSecurity officers, who recognize stolen artwork in the beauty contests, and report it. Otherwise, the names are pretty random, and I added some military-based abbreviations to the begining of each title to avoid confusion in the future, when the ranks may have more purpose. If you really really would like an upgrade, regardles of the fact that they don't mean anything, try talking to either Liz, or Lin, and letting them know what rank you would like to be upgraded to and why. If they approve, you will be upgraded. If not, try again later when you've been a member for a little while longer. The Guild Hierchy goes as follows:
All guild donations have been 86ed. Any funding for the guild will be taken care of by other means. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to any and all contributers. With your support we were able to jump-start this guild, but these gestures are no longer essential.
