I thought it was about time /I/ got round to doing /MY/ petpage, because honestly, DFA is dumb and couldn't do a decent petpage were her life at stake. Personality: Well I guess I'm not exactly the EASIEST kougra to get along with... I admit I have faults, no one's perfect after all, but I like to believe I'm sweet and kind, or try to, till people strike a nerve e.e and say things they're not supossed to. At least not in my presence. People tell me I have rather severe moon swings at times, then again, so would you if you lived in the freak house (castle actually) I do! It's not my fault the most normal of house mates I have is an evil plushie of doom, like she calls herself! e.e it tends to affect your sanity.
I'm normally relaxed (Don't laugh at me, it's true! D: ) but also rather blunt and uhm... tomboyish? Is that even a word? ... Who cares. :/ Anyhow, yeah, I'm a bit of a tomboy, proudly too, at least I don't go around swooning.

This lil guy here is Alucard, by vampiric snowbunny! Well, he's not really a vampire, but he looks damn cute with that lil cape and his lil fangs. I found him out in the forest one day, and I HAD to take him in... come on, wouldn't you have done the same thing? He's so cute!

Don't dare make him mad though >/ you see the fangs? He'll use them.... ask the last person that angered him! No wait, nevermind, you CAN'T, because the person is now traumatised for life ;3 *snuggles Alucard*

Enough with that. ANYHOW! See that there on the left? that's me <3 That' me in my quad/feral form :3 I must say... I look cute, even if it IS wrong for me to say so, but come on! If there's a single person that setsfoot upon this earth and is able to deny that the pic there isn't cute... I wanna meet that someone.

That doesn't mean I like 'cute' things though, don't take me wrong... I know the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover." Believe me, I do know!

After all, how can you doubt me not knowing? Have you actually stopped to figure out just WHERE I live, whom my 'foster' familly of sort is (they ain't my real familly... not even Miko; he's not a blood relative), or whom I hang out with? Believe me, if there's anyone that knows the truth to such a lil saying it's me.

To many I'm just a 'dumb lil fae girl', they don't even bother to pause and talk to me for a few moments, they just asume, becausewell, it's clear al fae must be dumb lil brats that can't tell a dog and cat apart. Well you've got something coming; I'm not like the rest, and allthough I admit I'm young and still have much to learn *mumbles* I at least have my heart in the right place. I know how to be polite, even to the scariest of beings. I could tell you of the time I accidently got too close to a huge darigan draikess that was in a bit of an angry mood... e.e; I got lost and endded up near her nest. She was highly displeased (to say the least), she trashed me about... bloody broke my right wing in the process too >_> I couldn't fly for a very long time; I leart something though... NEVER go near a draik-ess that's about to have young. Highly protective of their nests....

But anyhow, that's beside the point *pauses, taps her chin* I supose I'll tell you where I live...

If you ever go into the haunted woods, take a right turn down the main road, and follow a dark little forest trail deep into the woods, far from the haunted fair grounds, mind you. If you follow these directions you might end up nearing a large lake, with a huge dark tattered castle looming in the middle of it, connecting the island of the castle and the shore is a small stretch of land that one can walk along.

Now, the castle may look scary and such, I do admit to that; it has a medevil touch to it, dark, stonic and cold... but nothing further from the truth. The inside is rather warm, and believe me when I say there's always life in there (even if this life isn't really... 'alive' of sorts), you'll never be bored if you manage to get inisde sucessfully ^~

::FAMILLY::

My 'familly' if you want to call it that way, is large, mind you. But all have managed to hold a spot in my heart, for I meet them under rather strange circumstances. You see, I didn't always live in the haunted woods. Far from it. I actually lived in neopia central, with Killer, tell truth... he was and has been a 'room' mate of mine for quite some time. His old owner sent him to live with DFA and myself, and for a long time it was only the 2 of us together if you don't count DFA. I don't anyhow, she's insane e.e'' she's a nice girl, but bloody insane. Anyhow, point is with the 3 of us it was more than enough to keep us ocupied.

I can't really recall how DFA came to know Jareth, really I don't, and I don't know who in heaven's name she convinced him to allow us to stay in his castle either; hectic moving... but anyhow, we moved into the castle. We now had a vampire jetsam in the familly. One I didn't like at all. I didn't like my new home. AT ALL. I was young, and I was scared... vampires, ghosts, werewolves... it froze my blood cold, and I seriously didn't sleep for days. Killer did fine; he took it upon himself to be some sort of guard around the castle, and took up fencing as a hobby. He still does actually, you can normally find him at the castle armary practicing.

I'm straying from the point.

Fact was I HATED my new home. Taking walks along the forest didn't help at all either, mind you... and it was on one of these walks that I found Miko. Or rather, he found me, and decided to play a game and scare the hell out of me e_e He's nice like that. I was tired, and ventured into a lil tattered house; it looked deserted, how was I supossed to know it was haunted? *pauses, ears flattening* Yeah yeah, haunted woods should've given me a hint, but it didn't, allright? D<

Thing is, once inside this house, I was toyed about by a ghost. After a long time (many hours) it seems he actually tired of the game. Then again, the fact I fell through a bloody hole through the ground and clung to dear life to the border of the hole may have helped. He helped me out of the 'lil problem' which he had caused, mind you >_> and introduced himself as Miko, the plotergeist kougra.

He told me he had been a tyrannian kougra in life, and that he was extremely bored and had been unable to help himself from giving me a lil scare. More like a huge scare, but ah well. I went home soon after... but kept on visiting him, and little by little, he showed me around the woods, and I soon came to notice that these ghosts and vampires... these monsters I was meatting really weren't all that diferent from me (if one really was able to look beyond the looks at any rate e_e which was indeed hard... especially when it came to looking beyond the snott of a snott covered aisha I once saw. Ew.) and I noticed that I was not only enjoying myself, but I LIKED them.

How did he come to live over at the castle with us you ask? How did he become our resident poltergeist? He just followed me home. I really like Miko (when he's not overly annoying), and since we were both Kougras and I was in fact rather young... I began calling him big bro. It makes sense anyhow... I was merely a child and he was a host, dead. So he was way older *shrug* So brother he stayed.

How Mei came to stay with us is a completely diferent story... actually, tell truth it's not 'correct' to say he came stay with us, he basicly had lived there in the castle lagoon and basements for quite a long time. I recall Jareth had told me never to go to a certain part of the lake, the part behind the castle, where the walls and cliff loomed to make a sort of refuge... and lagoon. He made me promise not to ever go, no matter what I heard, for even the most beautiful of mermaids was lethal if given the chance to be so.

Ahaha...

Needless to say I endded up completely disobeying and disregarding Jareth's warning.

Come on, what'd you expect?! I'm curious by nature! Way too much for my own good even, but still. Ah well. What can I say, I HAD to go there and get a good look at the laggon; specially at night, when the moon loomed over it and made the crystal black waters sparkle in an ethereal way.

The day I went there, I found Mei.

Of all the things I had been expecting to see, I can easily asure you that this wasn't one of them. At all. There he was, laying down over a rock in the middle of the lagoon thinger place, his eyes closed. Or the one I could see anyhow. He was turned on profile to me, and I could only see his left half. Violet hair clung to him, soaked, hanging over his face, shadowing it even from the moon's rays. His fur was that of a dark green in color, amethist stripes, much like mine covering his body. But rather unlike me, his tail endded in two fins, and his ears... they weren't ears, but fins, like those of a fish. Yet he wasn't a fish either; he had four legs, like you or me.

I must've made some sort of noise right about then, because he turned to look at me, his full face turning towads him, and allthough the moon was behind him and thus shaded his features I saw that the right half of his face was white, painfully strickingly against the green pelt. Like a skull.

He glared at me then, bared his fangs and dived into the dark waters, not even disturbing the peace of the liquid as he vanished.

I stayed there at the shore, staring dumbly, and had I not come out several nights again just to check again... I'd hve thought I had daydreamed this. But I didn't. Someone was there. Barely visible, agile and really sly. I was barely able to catch glimpse of him three times, but never as well as that first night. I was bloody curious you must guess (yeah yeah I know, curiosity is my doom e_e I know, don't rub it in. It's a sin), so I endded up talking to Jareth, and because I'm too bloody stupid, I endded up fessing up I had indeed ventured to the lagoon.

After he growled and snarled at me for disobeying him, he told me that what I had seen had a name. His name was 'Stairmei' or something like that. Idecided to call this 'phantom' Mei. I WILL end up metting him, I tell you... he can't be that bad at all. No one is. Even though I don't KNOW him nor have I seen him again since those few times I spied him... I go to the lagoon still and I talk to him (or to my bloody self e_e since he's not THERE I can't actually tell if he's listening). I tell hims toies, and how the day's gone. I also tell him what happens in the castle, and I like to call him Mei, or Cousin. He's a kougra (I think anyhow), and is Miko's my brother, Mei is my cousin *nods wisely*

Mei's not the last inhabitant of our strange castle. There's also Flurry. He was allready there living inside the castle before we moved. He's a strange fellow... he's a Bori, but his body is made out of ice *frowns* don't touch him unless you don't mind touching something really cold. I remember that long ago when I first came to the castle, when I was a child, I climbed ove rhim and licked him.

Needless to say my tongue stuck to him.

And it was PAINFUL, mind you. Flurry might look like a giant icecream of sorts (... well okay, he doesn't ;_;'' but I was a cHILD), but one NEVER wants to lick him, really. You don't.

Anyhow, Flurry's the castle librarian. He basicly lives in the library; if you're searching for a book; he'll have it. He knows about almost any book ever to be printed, and has a lot of them in his shelves. If you can melt him enough into allowing you intot he library, you're bound to find really cool stuff. I think he likes me.... or tolerates me at any rate, ever since I was a child. He's allowed me into the library, and I've actually sat down in a corner quietly reading while he sat on his chair and read to himself. Once when I was sick, he came to my room, sat down on a chair nearby and pulled out a book... he then began to read to me; no questions asked, no nothing; he simply read at me till I fell asleep. Every single night the same routine till I got better.

He may not talk much and he may seem icy, but he's not a bad bloke. He's way older than me.... and at times I could swear there was someone else with him in the library before I walked in, but that's beyond the point. He's awlays welcomed me to his territory. I like him. He's special in his own way.

Then there's Xel of course. He doesn't REALLY live in the castle... I don't think so anyhow. Jareth dislikes Xel, so I doubt he lives there... but he's been known for walking along the corridors and at times, this sphinx shouyru sits down near the big doors of the castle, looking like a statue, and he annoys the heck out of us with his riddles.

I do have to admit he's cool though; he knows a lot of strange stuff. it's rather amusing ^^; Just... if you see him, don't EVER do a bargain with him, you're bound to lose whatever the bet was. He has a bit of a fame of being a trickster. Further than Miko actually, which is much to say, really.

Kiru and Atsila joined us resently. And when I mean resently I mean mere months ago... they seemed in need of help, and Jareth seemed to like the ixi sibblins, for he opened his doors to them. Kiru's.... uhm.... a strange fellow, firey fellow really, rather stubburn and haughty tell truth. Galant nonetheless... I have no idea how to describe it, he's also hard to predict, like... the flames of a fire actually! Seems proper sincehe is a fire ixi after all... his furr seems aflame at times (mainly when he's angry beyond belief.), and I've seen the grass around his feet burn to death at these times, so you want a bit of advice? Don't make Kiru mad.

He seems to have a thing for holding grudges indeed.

Atsila on the other hand is his oposite, sweet and calm, she's a beautiful female ixi (even if I say so and I'm a female too... but she just is). She likes to play with me e_e toy and annoy me, but she's a good girl, she's just got a bit of a personality problem. Stay away from her on full moon nights, that's all the advice I can give you, and believe me, you want to make sure you pay attention to my warning... you just do. Really <_< you dont want to find out why either.

Last but not least, in my strange little familly of sorts.... there's Triya, the plushie draik. She's a kid, or she looks like it anyhow. She can't be older than 10 or 12 years old, but at times I wonder if this isn't just a way to fool us into beliving she's innocent.

I've never seen a draik so... strange. She's a but of a nut case I think. I keep on her good side though, you don't want to know what she's done to a few of her ragdolls... at times when I meet her down the corridors of our castle, I wonder just what goes on in that cute little head of hers. I won't lie here; she freaks me out muchly at times.

That's it for my familly really. What? you wanted more? Oh, for lord's sake e_e ...

::FRIENDS::

Bluehelix: Insane Gelert, he is... but what can I say, he's not all that bad, and I like him. He's fun to be around when he's not stealing certain things of my property anyhow *mumbles under her breath*. Has a stange way of saying things and a strange look out on life, but he's happy that way, so.... w00t says I!

He's not going to rid of me easily *grins cutely* and I have to add he's been the only one to be able to stand me when I got uhm.... sugar intoxicated. Says a lot in his favour.

LordFiasco: We've had our ups and downs, but I hope we can remain good friends. I can't really see my life without him in it SOMEHOW. He was my first real friend after I came to live in the haunted woods, if you don't count my familly anyhow.

He's got a bit of a strange familly too, but eh, they're interesting too. Enough for me. It's true he's hurt me... but he'll always be in my heart at some level. It'll just take time I guess. I'm a fragile soul.

Kuraitsumi: We've only just met, but believe you me, this kougra needs to learn a bit about being both polite and bloody staying out of trouble. *snort* I guess I don't have too much to say about him yet, I've only just recently met him in the haunted woods, but still...

I guess time will tell. I'd like him as a friend; he looks like someone that could well use a friend anyhow after all. I know what it is to have others stray away from you... that happened to me at some point.

Nya~~ these aren't really all the people I've had the pleasure of knowing, but they're the one's I've spent enough time with to concider friends... or in Kurai's case... uhm potential-friend-hopefully? Something or other. Whatever.

Can DFA draw a picture for me please? o.o!

Well, tell truth, DFA normally only draws for her friends and herself, and allthough she has been known for randomly giving people pictures when they don't ask for them, it's not normal. However, she's normally open to art trades if she likes your art and has nothing ending ;3 worth a try nonetheless!

Nope DFA is not Buffy XD She's a friend of hers thu, and when she left neopets, she gave DFA her account ^^ ... no, not her possesions, only her pets, not the petpets either, JUST the pets and the account :3 Don't believe me? There's not much more to add now, or say really. Not yet anyhow, for allthough I don't lead a boring life I just rather not... you know, display my whole life on a page and such. However, I hope that's given you enough outlook on me to get you to hopefully drop by and send a neomail to DFA if you wish to meet up. *shrug* I'll be glad to meet new faces, no matter the color, the species (I LIKE inter-species meetings... what's this about keeping kougras to kougras?! Geez! people! it's about time we open up, don't you think?! If I can live with these weirdos I live with, I'm sure I can handle meeting an ixi, or a gelert, or a flotsam!
