A little about A.N.A.

Anthro Neopet Alliance was created to represent AnthroNeopetArtists on deviantart on Neopets and give Anthros a place to call their own.

AnthroNeopetArtists on Deviantart has existed since Apr 19, 2005.

Rules:

• You must put on e of our links on your lookup or your pets petpage before contacting me.


• Send all requests to enter to Storyweaver_elf


• Please List your anthro pets species when you neomail me, along with a link to their lookup or to their page, and point me to where the link is so I don't have to dig.


• You must have a link of some sort on their petpage. You can turn a picture of your anthro pet into a link and give it to me, however.


• Please be understanding if it takes some time to add you up to the page.

For AnthroNeopetArtists:

• Try and post more then three words in your posts. If you don't have anything to say don't say anything at all and wait till you can think of something.


• No Harrassing other guild members.


• Even if you cannot draw anthros or you don't own an anthro, you can still join, You just have to like and support anthros.

FAQ:

Q: Am I allowed to enter More then one pet?

A: YES! The More the marrier! But they need a link of some sort for me to put on the page.

Q: Can I enter myself?

A: Erm, no. This is only for Neopets, and each individual pet can be added. You CAN send me a mail stating "All the pets on my account are Anthros" and save yourself typing space, but you cant just put the link on your lookup and try to get me to add you as an artist.

If you REALLY want to be known as someone who loves Anthros, you can Join the guild.

Q: Can you add me without a patch/banner?

A:Sorry, but no. I need an image. Also, I will not make you a patch, banner, or any linking image. Plus, it needs to be small. Under 100 pixels. If its near it, I will accept it. However, no huge banners. No one really likes those.

Q: Wasn't there another Anthro Directory?

A:Yes there was other anthro directory out there, made after the Deviant Art Anthro Neopet Artists (Anthroneopetartists.deviantart.com), but the account the pet hosting it on was frozen. So we are the only ones currently holding up the fort for Anthro enthusiasts everywhere. A big job, mind you.

Plus, people have been pestering me for over a year to make one, and I finally caved in.

Q: Why Novadar? He already has your Makeables, so why also add a directory. We wanna hear about him!

A: I was planning on putting it on JayInyou's page, or Phoenix-chan's page, but everyone I talked to adores Novadar and thinks he makes a wonderful representative for anthros. He's well dressed, polite, well spoken, and likeable, which are qualities on e would want to see in a representive of those who many shun.

Plus, He will have a section about him and his stories, though if I run out of room, I might have to stick them off Neo. It would be a pity, but Novadar has always been giving everything he has and leaving little for himself, so it fits him.

The Anthro's of Anthro Neopets!

What is a "Makeable"? It is a Do it yourself customized adoptable -- someone provides the Template, and you edit it using MS paint, photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, whatever program you use the most, and then link it back to the page you origonally got it from. Its like a collaboration between artists.

THE RULES

When finished with your Makeable, load it to a server like Photobucket.com and use the below coding to put it on your petpage.

DO NOT enter these in the Beauty Contest or Art Gallery!
You also may not remove the name "Mindsend" from the adoptable. If it is in the way, move it to where it is not in your way or type it out yourself.

These makeables are a privilege, not a right. Entering them into contests will get you frozen. Claiming them as your own art soully is also considered stealing.

Customize it yourself -- no on e knows your pets better then you.

No stealing the customs of Novadar and editing them -- they are not part of the Makeables.

You run through the rain, holding a battered an soggy copy of the Neopian Times over your head in a vain attempt to keep yourself dry. Sidestepping a homeless Zafara sleeping... You hope... Under a roll of Cardboard. You groan slightly as the movement causes you to jossle your few pages of print and have it split in half, leaving you totally exposed in the worst part of Neopia Central, The Pant Devils Grotto.

Suddenly, though water still fell, the rain stops pelting you with its thick, cold drops. Looking up, you find a fancy looking Umbrella being held over your head by a rather shiney hand the color of midnight. Following the purple arm to the shoulder, you find yourself looking at a rather stately Anthro ixi clothed in a rich blue oriental robes, who smiled kindly down at you, "Greetings... You shouldn't be walking in the rain unprotected in such a dangerous neighborhood...

He laughs, walking with you for a while, "I was in the area to see how the constuction of the Von Callan Shelter and Educational Center I have commissioned in the site of my old home here to try and get the people back on their feet, providing them shelter, food, Clothing and education to be able to be come a useful member of socity and be able to support themselves and their families. Unfortionately, there is only so much room there, so only those willing to be educated, or go out and have real jobs can live there, but everyone can eat, get new clothes, learn and find new jobs.

You both pause at the edge of the horrible place being made a little better and he looks back, "Hard to believe I had to live here now.. But now I own two thriving businesses..." He grins, then leads you to a nice car, "I'll drive you where ever you need to go..." He suddenly smacks his forehead, "How rude of me. I am Novadar Von Callan, Owner of the Three C's, a nice pair of businesses clumped together, one a Cafe and the other a Clothing and Costuming store, and owner of the Dance Club, The Satin Phoenix." He bows slightly, then holds his hand out for you to shake.

You smile softly, taking his soft, brushed leather feeling hand and shake it, "I'm guest .

Novadar grins, "Well, mon Ami, would you care to go to my dance club? I was heading there when I found you looking lost and wet in the grotto...

Looking up into his shifting blue, honest looking eyes, you nod, "Yes, please. That sounds like fun..." You climb into his Car and after shaking out the umbrella, he climbs in himself. A female Anthro Kougress with electric blue and purple markings grins from the wheel, her white hair seeming to glow in the dim lights of the car, turns around to look at the two of you, "Geez Nova, maybe instead of The Satin Phoenix, we should take this kid to the lost desert and let them dry up!" She cranks the heat up on high and grabs a blanket from the front seat, tossing it at you, forcing you to catch it with numb fingers.

Novadar smiles slightly, his tone playful, "Sounds like your mothering instincts are kicking in again, Cari.

She smirks, meeting your eyes, "Cari Seacrest.

guest ..." You settle happily into the blanket, warm and drying quickly, "Thank you for the heat... I didn't even realize how cold I was Miss Seacrest.

Cari winks before turning back and buckling up, "Call me Cari. Buckled in?" She waits for a confirmation, then takes the car off like a bullet.

Novadar's hoof colored hands clench the back of the front seat till his knuckles turn white, "Cari... Why not slow down... This isn't the weather for..." He glances over at you, then clears his throat, "If you drove slower, it would give guest more time to warm up...

She meets his eyes in the rear view mirror, "I'm trying to get us there so they can get some warm clothing on...

Novadar's voice squeeks slightly, "Please...

Cari blinks, startled, and the car slows down to the speed limit. Novadar lets out a sigh of relief, leaning his head back, where it stays propped against the headbrace until the car pulled into the Party District.
