Hi everyone! Sorry for the complete lack of updating. I've been in a flurry ever since I got my account back *squishes and squeezes all my pets* So after the death of my old clunky PC, I am sad to inform you all that I no longer have any means of making pixels until I get adjusted to doing so on my mac. I always loved MS Paint for pixel making and I am not all that comfortable with the Paintbrush (the mac version). That being said, I will try! And you can expect tons more of cgs and scribblies and other little things always ^-^

all about the girl! My name is Nicole :3 I've been playing neopets on and off for around seven years now and making art for my pet pages and accounts for about three. I am currently in school for film and creative writing. I love to write, read novels, study cinema, collect dolls, and I like to dabble in fine art of all different types: doodling, ink, paint, graphic & photoshop art and mixed media. I am a huge fan of the horror genre and love heavy and hardcore music. Apart from dolls, some of my collections include: kawaii plushies, carebears, furbies, beetlejuice toys, vintage horror posters, nightmare on elm street memorabilia, action figures, tim burton figures, edward gorey books, virginia andrews novels, antiques, food miniatures and mark ryden jewelery boxes and books!

While Tearoom was just recently created and is still quite new, this is actually the second pixel site I have run. My first pixel site was called
Kawaii Fridge and was around for over a year! You may have noticed that for the most part, Tearoom offers entirely new content, with the exception of a few pixels I just couldn't part with. I decided to scrap most of the content because I thought it would be great to have a fresh start and because I feel that since
Kawaii Fridge, my pixeling and art abilities have changed quite a bit. It will definitely take a bit of time to accumulate as much content as
Kawaii Fridge offered, but rest assured that I will get there, and will be constantly working on refreshing and interesting new pixels and art for you and Tearoom. :)

What programs do you use to make your art?
Unlike most people, I am not very loyal to my program preference. I like to use a variety of different programs for different things. I make all of my pixels with
ms paint. I animate my pixels with
jasc animation shop and I make most of my layouts and cg artwork with
photoshop. I also still use
paint shop pro for various little things here and there!
How long have you been making art?
I've always loved making art of all different types. I've been making neopets related art and art for my neopets accounts for around three years now.
Will you help me with _____ ?
If you have an art or coding related question you would like to ask me, do not feel shy and
send me a neomail and I'll do my best to help you out. I can't make any promises that I will be able to, though!
Will you make me a lookup, pet lookup, custom art, etc?
Unless the custom request form is open, I am sorry but I can't. I simply don't have the time! Please do not send neomails asking if they are closed. However, if they are open, then yes, of course. But please be mindful of the requirements and what I am offering.
