Hello guest, Welcome to Kittykat381256's Game Guide to Ice Cream Machine! Have you ever been on your last life, dodging ice cream scoops when...SPLAT! Game over? Well I know I sure have and let me tell you, it is not satisfying, especially after minutes upon minutes playing! This guide will give you hints and tips for playing Ice Cream Machine. This guide was 100% made by me, xcutiex02x and I made all the graphics on the site, besides of course the neopets images :) No i'm not a super genius & no I don't have a trophy for this game, but I am simply here to help you :) If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, feel free to neomail xcutiex02x. The basic idea of the game is to avoid the ice cream scoops that are headed towards 'Adee'. But i'm sure you already knew that :) As you advance in levels, the ice cream scoops become faster and more come out at once. Some ice cream scoops have toppings which can add more points to your score. ( see below )
Not all toppings give the same amount of points though, some give more than others, while some give less than other. You can also get good ice cream scoops which will actually help Adee... such as, making the scoops slower, giving you an extra life, getting a bubble shield, getting the fruit or fish which will reward you with a bonus, or even a bomb which will clear the screen of all scoops (which can be helpful if you are bombarded). You don't want to avoid these good scoops because obviously they will help you! :) If you get a high score you can win a trophy and you can get the Ice Cream Machine avatar by getting a score of 14,500 or better. Now, lets move on to the levels!
Each level of the game has its own ice cream color. The higher the level, the more scoops you must dodge.
Level 1- Strawberry- 25 scoops to dodge.
Level 2- Vanilla- 50 scoops to dodge.
Level 3- Chocolate- 75 scoops to dodge.
Level 4- Mint- 100 scoops to dodge.
Level 5- Blueberry- 125 scoops to dodge.
Level 6- Vanilla Chocolate Chip- 150 scoops to dodge.
Level 7- Strawberry Vanilla Chocolate- 175 scoops to dodge.
Level 8- Peach- 200 scoops to dodge.
Level 9- Vanilla Chocolate Swirl- 225 scoops to dodge.
Level 10- Double Chocolate- 250 scoops to dodge.
Level 11- Tigersquash- 275 scoops to dodge.
Level 12- Rainbowberry- 300 scoops to dodge.
Level 13- Garlicy Bratwurst- 325 scoops to dodge.
Sometimes you may get very lucky on level 12 or 13 & a bubble shield will be the first thing to pop up, this will keep you safe for a few seconds while your score keeps adding up :D
As I told you before, there are good and there are bad scoops in the game! Don't risk one of your lives to try to get the good scoops :) It's not worth it! Here are as follows..
The bad Scoops
Big
This scoop will make Adee big. Don't get it because it will make it easier for him to get hit with scoops!=[
Plus
The plus sign will make the scoops go super fast! You don't want to get this one because it makers it even harder! (This scoop may be helpful in level 1 and 2, to speed up scoops!)
Here are the following things you can win from receiving a high score on ice cream machine! Yay!!
Avatar if you score 14,500 or better!

Alright, so you think you got it all now? Then lets finally get to the fun part... playing!! =]
First of all, before you start playing ice cream machine, you want to move everything away from your mouse and mouse cord so it won't get stuck while you play. Make sure you do not right click while you are playing because it will restart the whole game and you will lose everything! Get comfy in your chair and make sure you are relaxed and ready to go (this can help because you won't be all tensed up!!) I would suggest minimizing all windows, this way you don't accidentally click one while you are playing. Hehe, okay so once you open up the ice cream machine page, click on play game. When the pink blob comes up that says 'Get ready for the first level: Strawberry' don't click your space bar yet! Simply type in the word 'strawberryvanillachocolate' with no quotations, no spaces, no capitals or anything... type it just as i wrote it. If you mess up, do not backspace, just start over and retype it. Once you type it, it will make a ding sound and you will notice another extra life :) YAYY! This will come in handy when you are in the harder levels! Once you have added your extra life you can hit the space bar and begin! While you are playing, I suggest you stay at the top of the screen. This way, it can give you a minute or two to think about where to move if you are about to be bombarded with scoops! You don't need to stay in the exact same place, but staying up high will help! Make sure you do not move your mouse outside of the game window or Adee will just be sitting there and you can't move him! I have done this many times and have lost lives because my mouse was outside of the box :( . When you are playing try not to make any sudden or quick movements, as this will make you lose a life. Also, if many scoops come at you at ones, don't panic. Just look at Adee and slowly move over so he wont get hit =] When you are waiting to go to the next level I would suggest taking a little break because it can get intense!! hehe. If you lose all your lives before level 5 or even level 2, don't be mad and give up. Practice makes perfect and if you give up right away, you could be missing out on a change to get good points or reach your goals. Setting goals for yourself may better your play and increase your playing skills! I suggest playing at least 3 times a day, at separate times, this way you can get a lot of great practice!
In this section I will talk about some neat stuff that you can do in the game besides play of course!
1. You may know of him as "Orange Shirt Guy" or "Sneaky Guy"... but none other than Oliver himself can appear in ice cream machine! All you have to do is keep your mouse idle for about 3 minutes at the start of any level. You will hear a song and Adee the chia will turn in to Oliver! He will be there at the start of every level and you can move him around in circles *giggles* (check screenshots if you would like to see what he looks like!
2. If you would like to view an interesting way to see all of the Ice Cream Machine colors, this is the way to do it! Once you click on "Start Game" immediately click end game before all of the scoops load. You will see a nice collage of beautiful ice cream machine flavors rotating on your screen! :)
3. Nothing too exciting about this but if you go to the instructions page when you load Ice Cream Machine look on the lower right side for the pink heart, extra life scoop. If you click on top center part of it, it will turn in to a bonus cherry scoop and you will also hear the same sound heard from Oliver up above :P

Submitted by: tenismenisif u want to win in ice cream machine it is pretty easy. after reading this guide i got a better feel for the game. on my newer account i have actually recieved a higher score than i had. one thing i could suggest is to turn off the music. sometimes you get stuck in the music and get splatted!

Cool (pun not intended)! I like that game, although I haven't played for a while. The only two things I know (and they are rather common) are the "strawberryvanillachocolate" code for a free life, and if you wait 4 minutes on a screen, Ollie the Orange Shirt guy appears, and he might appear as a scoop in the game. Oh, also if you click on one of the pictures on the instruction page, it makes a noise and changes into something else. That's not very exciting, though.

a tip i would have for the ice cream game is to concentrate hard! this game can be relly easy or relaly hard it depends on how you play it! i would say to relax and just have fun.

I do not play neopets on this account anymore but I wanted to submit this tip on my OLD account so people won't attack me with neomail. All the tips I would give are already provided in kittykat's guide, but one thing I noticed is that xcutie mentioned to stay at the top of the screen. I Totally agree with that but if you want to have a little challenge you should stay at the bottom. Also, along the sides there is a good chance of you spotting something good. Like kittykat's guide said, do not risk your life trying to get a bonus scoop. Thanks for letting me submit a tip on my old account. (keep up the good work xcutiex02x)

the plus signs arnt always bad. during the lower levels if u want to speed up the scoops then you should get it. they go really slow in the beginning so it helpes. also if you want to get a bonus scoop then sit at the top of the screen. dont move the guy down to get it.

the colors of the scoops can be very destracting. so keep a good eye and watch out, also i agree with this guide that you need to move your cord so its not tangled! i got it tangles in my microphone

I read your guide, and It's helped me out a lot! I still haven't made it past double chocolate yet, but it's only a matter of time. thanks! Anyway, I found out if you click in between the words 'safe' and 'from' on the instructions page, the theme music plays. Not sure if anyone's submitted that one yet, but...yeah.
