  • A Little About the Guild
    • Neopian Painters Alliance was created on October 21st, 2003 by a group of friends who all knew exactly what what kind of guild they wanted. The guild is Neopets Related, and it specializes in the fact that we have a painted/rare pet adoption center. We're also dedicated to helping Neopians everywhere - so be sure to check out the guild website as it's full of great info that you'll probably find useful in Neopets. The guild is public, so it's open to anyone of all ages. We will never delete you if you are unactive, don't speak english, etc.

  • Our Message Boards
    • We are a completely open guild, which means anyone is allowed to chat on our boards. (Provided that you're being respectful, or course ;) ) However, we do have one HUGE no-tolerence policy:

    NO SPAM!!!
    Spam noun :/ Messages that are short, without a point, and/or repeated and highly annoying.

    And since we capitalized it and even included a definition, this means that we will be very annoyed if we find them on our boards. Because we are awfully nice people, our general rule is make sure your messages are at least 2 decent - sized sentences long and that it has a point. Please don't post messages like "Hi" or "Is anyone here?". As well, try to condense everything you want to say into one message - it looks awfully boring and lonely if one person clutters up the entire board with their messages consecutively one after another.

  • Our Policy
    • We are completely dedicated to helping others. If there is ever anything unsatisfactory about the guild, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will never intentionally harm anyone nor will we ever ask anyone to either. Donations are never mandatory, and we wil never require anything from member but repect for our rules in return for joining. (=

  • Our Activities
    • There are two types of activities in the guild - General Activities, and Special Activites. General Activites are the activites that are usually run all the time in the guild. For example, most of the activites found in the 'Games Room' on the guild website are General Activites. They usually last a couple of days, then restart in a continous cycle. Those activites are limited to member who have successfully moved up a rank, to ensure that people aren't joining only because they happen to know the answer to one of them.
    Special Activites are activites that occur very rarely, and are for a limited time only. These usually refer to activites that are holiday-related. The prizes for them are bigger, and they are open to anyone who is a guild member, regardless of their rank. However, these activites are usually fairly large, and will take a lot of effort to play. Such activites include games like Mystery Plots, etc.

  • Guild Ranks
    • » The names of the ranks change with the theme, but your rank still stays the same. Any member is able to be promoted, and it's pretty easy to do so. Things like:

    - Activeness on boards *
    - Participation in Activites
    - Overall friendliness
    - Willing to help out


    are just a couple of the things that can get you promoted. The council/subcouncil rank is off-limits for the time being though (=

    * Note that activeness does NOT necessarily mean number of posts. We actually look at our posts, and if they are SPAM, they will definitely not count towards you =P

    • » The guild website is a huge open website. This means it is avilable for anyone to look at, even if they are not a member of the guild. It's managed by the website staff, and is usually updated daily. The URL is :

  • Tibits to Keep in Mind
    • All Neopian Painters Alliance sites are linked from the guild homepage and/or the guild website. This means that if there are any sites that are not linked from the guild itself, then chances are, it's not from our guild. This is important to keep in mind, especially if there are people out there that like to claim they are us. Which is wierd and not encouraged. D:
    If anyone would like to host their own activity, they may, BUT the activity must have been approved by guild council and they must not ask members to give items/neopoints to the host to play. This means no donating contest, raffle, etc. (Unless they are council/subcouncil. Then this would mean that they are on a very short leash and the guild completely controls them. Mwahaha.) We have this rule only to make sure no one will ever be scammed/hacked in any way. So if you wish to entertain the many members with a witty game, contact us, tell us about it, and we will most likely be very happy. (=
    We are completely open to people submitting banners/userlookups/graphics to the guild if they want to. They will of course, be given full credit, and treated like royalty. Just neomail us.

    1. We strictly follow ALL of Neopets terms and conditions.

    2. Respect others.

    3. Don't beg.

    4. Be honest. Don't spy on us or lie to us. We are here to help you, if you have any concerns, just contact any of us.

    5. No, we don't mind if you are in other guilds or have multiple accounts.

    6. Do not advertise for other guilds. This includes having banners/neosignatures about other guilds

    7. We have a LOT of benefits and services for our members. Don't abuse these advantages.

    8. We accept all members unless they have constantly broken any of the above rules. Therefore, you need to accept the other fellow members and the guild.

    9. Neopets is just a game. Therefore, have FUN! :)
