The Farmer's Field Trial is the perdect trial for a gallop or a race. Just west of this picture is The Big Oak tree that is often the finish line for races. And even father west is Poker's Creek, a fast bed of water with lush grass and shady trees surrounding it. This is the perfect place for a peaceful picnic with friends.
Forgotten Forest Trail is not forgotten at all! Its one of the most popular trails at Chestnut Hills. With peaceful surroundings, amazing landscape, and song birds always singing this is the perfect trail for relaxing. Not to mention see some wild life at it's best.
This trail is so beautiful in the fall. With the rich colors of the oak trees and the ever flowing creek below this is a great trail to go on with friends. This is the shortest trial at Chestnut Hills and leads you right back to your starting point.
This is the second most popular trail. It's perfect to practice your cross country and gallop for ever. This trial leads right into the Lake!
Lively Lake Trail is perfect for summer. You can romp with your horses in the lake or just swim. There is an old but functioning kyack in the small ched by the lake open to all Chestnut Hills riders. The combination is 38 7 24. This trail can be axcessed from the Cross Country Trail or from Chestnut Hills.
The Beginner Trail is great for those riders who jsut need a simple ride or for beginner riders! You can walk, trot, canter, and gallop on the flat ground of this trail. Remember your sunscreen! There is hardly any shade here!
This trail is great all around. You can gallop on the moist grass or jump the big bales of hay. This can help your horse widen his/her jumps. Just remember to watch out for Farmer Mac's crops!
