Fluffy, white, blue-tipped hair drifted gracefully over her shoulder, fluttering in the breeze, falling flatly on her shoulder blades. Floating behind her back were a pair of metal, silver-made wings, blue and white fire flickering between each spoke as blades curved upwards from their ends. They cast a shivering, fiery glow about her edges, moving down against her back and to the surrounding areas of the rock she sat upon. She smiled, lifting her white, furred chest high, tail, adorned with the symbol of an hourglass, curling about her petite, hind legs, forelimbs crossing over her knees gently.
Goooood evening, Mr. Rock!
she saluted, head leaning back down, looking past her blue and white-flamed necklace to the large, deep gray boulder beneath her, happily.
Sleep well?
She asked, casually, waiting a moment for a reply before she laughed brightly, her eyes closing once again. Hee hee…Me too! The female smiled widely, opening her eyes once more before letting a small sigh escape from her muzzle.
Is it that late already?
she asked, mindlessly, letting her bright gaze drift to the grasses before her, suddenly perking up to the presence of a spastic, glowing object that had appeared and disappeared all within a matter of seconds.
She blinked, taking her arms from the rock she had been holding, and then leaned forward, neck extending outwards as her hair placed itself easily upon the back of neck and shoulders. Again the glow appeared, joining with a throng of other lights that flickered and bobbed up and down across the grasses, alighting them with luminescent orbs. A large smile appeared on her face, a loud, enthusiastic giggle coming from her angled and pointed muzzle as she jumped down from the rock, instantly hiding in among the grasses. Bending over, getting into a "stalking" position, she watched the lights closely, the forms of fireflies dancing along the shadows of which they alone created in the sunless night.
Quietly, she walked away from her rock, walking a few steps before a firefly appeared just before her nose, causing her to gasp with delight, a content and amazed smile ensuing. Just then, she approached the area where you had been quietly hiding, actually bumping into you somewhat, causing her to look down. You both called out at the same time, Lue scooting back a few paces as her claw went up to her chest, hovering over her heart before she offered an excited expression.
Oh wow! A human!
she stated, her thick, slender tail flicking behind her, almost as if it were wagging.
Here I was looking for fireflies and I found a human instead."
She added, another giggle coming from her mouth.
You sat there, slightly amused and surprised of this other, and stared up in silence, only offering a weak smile to her words, slightly wary of how happy she seemed to be about your presence.
I'm sorry if I startled you…I didn't know that there was anyone around here."
You answer, tentatively.
The krawk just continues to hold an oblivious, almost child-like expression on her face as she takes a few steps back towards you, holding out her claw in a gesture to help you up from the ground.
Don't worry about it! No body knows Lue is out here…That's why she gets lonely sometimes…"
she answered, heaving a short sigh.
Lifting up your own hand, you take hers and pull yourself up, seeing that this individual was only a bit taller then you, her neck at about eye-level.
Lue?
you ask, to which the krawk smiles. She raises her arm, pointing to herself, proudly.
Lue is me! I'm Luefastar….But most people just call me Lue for short."
She nodded, her head then tilting to the side lightly, looking to you expectantly with bright, glittering eyes.
Oh…I'm guest. It's nice to meet you, Lue."
Hello there, guest! Welcome to my little corner of Mystery island. She paused, putting her claw under her chin, contemplatively. Well, actually, it's not really "my" corner…More like me and Mr. Rock's…
She paused, thankfully for you, allowing you to speak up once again.
Mr. Rock? There is someone else around here?
you ask, your eyes automatically scanning about the surrounding area, though, again, the only other object was the large boulder.
Yes! Mr. Rock is my rock…."she pointed to, indeed, the rock, a proud expression on her face. "See, I have a sign and everything. She exclaimed.
Just then, you noticed the form of a dark brown, crudely crafted sign that lay, lopsided, in front of the rock, inscribed with blue paint with the words "LUE'S ROCK". Well, she obviously wasn't lying…It was her rock. Slowly, you smile, a little confused about this….interesting individual, but more or less intrigued.
So…you live here with a rock? What about your family or friends?
you ask, noticing that Lue's eyes dulled for a moment before she masked it with a large, cheery smile.
Oh, they left a long time ago…and I don't think they'd be around anymore after 500 years…
500 years??! You're 500 years old?
Lue stuck out her tongue, nodding.
Well, maybe a little older…but I lost count a long time go…Hee hee.
You stood there, seeming flabbergasted…What kind of krawk was this? Lue, seeing your confusion, simply smiled and raised her claw above her head.
Hmmm…You look like you're confused. Well! Don't worry, I'll explain aaallll about myself to you if you have the time. Come on! Let's go sit by Mr. Rock, he's more comfy then the ground. But, be careful…He doesn't take to kindly to strangers."
And, with that, she moved back through the grass, still in "stalking" mode, allowing you to follow, very curious about what this krawk would have to say.

~:~ Of Rocks and Lues ~:~
…My only real memory I can recall was waking up in a cold dark room. I looked around, not really knowing what was going on...or why I was even there. I sat up on the table, looking to my arms and legs, as it could see perfectly in the dark for some reason. As I examined my legs, I saw that they were covered in these odd, white runes that had been carved, directly into my skin!! I'm so glad I wasn't awake for that...I also turned to see that I had these really cool wings now. Which was kinda cool to me, apart from the blade which was meant for a much harsher purpose then I believed at the time.
So there, I sat on the table, looking around at the cages that surrounded me, so many pairs of odd, disfigured and discolored eyes stared at me...it was really scary! No rocks to hug either, but that's beside the point. I looked into the cage nearest to me, seeing a large creature, almost twice my size, cramped inside a metal cage with an odd, ID tag about his forelegs, which were in chains. I looked to him, wondering about this before I spoke up.
Umm...mister creature? Why do you have that band on you…and why are you in that cage?
I asked. The large beast only looked up to me, one red eye shinning as the other golden eye bore deeply into my soul almost.
I am here for the same reason you are you pathetic fool! You are one of we that are exiled here; sent to our deaths because we were not what the humans wanted us to be! Their death weapons for the wars!
He snapped at me, growling as his fangs, seeming to be made of metal, bared at me. I backed up some from him.

Death weapon? But I..
Suddenly, as I backed up, I stumbled over an odd object. I fell to the ground with a thud.
Ow!
I exclaimed, my legs up in the air in front of me as my blades narrowly missed digging themselves into my own back. I blinked, seeing something silver upon my own right leg, there was an ID tag, just like the one on the other creatures. Yet…mine read #219. What?...I was no more then a number now? Where was I? Why was I suddenly not who I had been before whatever that had been.
Suddenly, the creature in the cage started to thrash about wildly, his eyes growing little more then slits as he tried to knock the cage away. I backed up, scooting away on the floor as I tried to get away from him. With a loud bark and growl that sounded as if something mixed together, the creature fell silent, falling down upon the floor of his cage, looking so limp. I got down on my knees, edging closer after a while as he was silent now. But then, I scurried away, my claw over my mouth…he was dead. I looked about frantically, I knew I couldn't stay here, or I'd face the same fate!
I got up from the ground, my silver talons clacking on the stone floor under more, my eyes turning to see the creature, a mixed blend of a lion and a snake for a tail and dog like limbs. A chimera…As I have learned later from my keeper…I stepped quickly away, heading to the door when suddenly it burst out against me, knocking me behind it into another cage. I called out, the blades hitting me now as I stumbled up, eyes narrowed to see what had entered. There before me stood multiple men in white coats, odd glasses over their eyes.
Come with us #219..You'll die quicker that way!
They said. I looked up, wide-eyed as I tried to scramble away, but I was loosing to much blood...I blacked out..
..I awoke hours later, rain starting to fall upon my face. I looked around, sitting upon a large rock in the middle of no where, my blood running over it. I sat up fully, clutching my head as it started to pound. ~I'm..Alive? But...how is that?~ I asked myself in my mind. My heart leapt as I suddenly remembered what had happened, the humans had tried to kill me, but they left me here to die after the torture of me jabbing myself in my back. I coughed, stifling back tears as I blinked. I was alone now...I was something the humans had created and then left out in the rain to die...I meant nothing to the world. You see, I didn't have any friends, I didn't know where I was, and I had no one to turn to. Almost any and all of my memories before I was transformed into a death weapon are little more than nothing to me now. It was like all of it was wiped from my mind…giving me a new, clean slate so I could serve the humans. I can't remembering really anything…I know that I had an older brother...His name was Kohaku…He was really fun to be around. But…that's it. My brother was the only memory that I kept all of these 500 years of my true past.
She paused, looking down to the ground as she had chosen to perch on Mr. Rock now, telling you a tale like any mother would to her child. Slowly, she looked back up to you with a light smile.
Oops! Sorry about that…I'll continue on with what the story…
Then…I looked down, the rock there below me. It said nothing...it made no movement as if it wanted to leave me for who I was...it never has left me. Ever since I lay upon it, near death, I have stayed with my rock and he with me. He never judged me for who I was...he always listened to what I had to say. From then on, rocks have been my only true friends. I make friends as they wander about...and they are fun for a while but because I can't die they leave me. Not like Mr.Rock here...he is my dearest friend for what he did for me he basically saved my life..
She sighed as she looked back down to you, for you had sat down near her rock during the telling of this tale. You sniffled some as you looked up to her, wanting to say something in return, but remained silent as Lue lifted her arm, holding a claw up in the air. She then smiled, nodding to you brightly.
Well, that's my story…And I hope you at least were able to learn about the most important lesson of it all
She said, a large smile coming to her as she looked down from the rock she had been sitting on while you spoke. Quietly you blinked, looking with some confusion as you waited, unsure what this "lesson" could have been. Eventually, Lue spoke up again, raising a determined claw in the air before giving out a cheerful call to the darkening night sky.
ROCKS RULE!
She paused for just a moment, allowing you to laugh in response to her avid statement before she made a light gasp.
Oh that's right! I forgot to tell you how I met Sakura! She is a wonderful owner and a great friend to me. She takes care of my VERY extended family that ranges all over their on little deserted island out there somewhere...Not sure where. Anyway..Like I said..I didn't keep friends/owners very long...I have actually been with three-_-;; But…Sakura soon found me out here all by myself and offered to let me stay with her! Seeing as sometimes...even with rocks it gets a little lonely. She even gave me this really neat and pretty necklace that she made herself! She is such a nice person…And I was actually her very first pet!
She starts to sniff lightly, clutching the necklace inside her powerful-looking claws while she held it against her chest. She eventually sighed, laying it back down, her bright eyes turning back to you for a reaction before she started up again.
Alright! Now on to more about me and rocks!
(*)Name: Blue_Flame_Star

Flight! Ohmegee...She's such a wonderful friend, and she was actually one of my firsts! She is another krawk like me..and she loves, I mean LOVES whipped cream! She loves whipped cream like I love rocks, which I thought was impossible for anyone to do, but, she loves it! She has an affinity for rainbows, and she just has the sort of layed back, friendly attitude that makes her such a wonderful person to be around. I'm so lucky to have someone like her for a friend...even if she did disapper for a while. But! Now she's back, and we're catching up. It was almost like we were never even apart...
This is Chnoe!! She is so incredibly awesome that I'm elated to be able to tell you about her. Well, for one thing, she and I met over a year ago, and through her, I definately don't call my life boring at all! We met by chance one day while she was reading in a tree (despite the fact she's blind) and from then on, we've lived through attacks, wars, invasions, and all sorts of trouble! While it's taken me away from my lovely rocks, Mr. Rock tolerates it, and I've met a few rocky friends along the way as well. :3 She's a wonderful friend, and I wouldn't take by meeting her, or any of the others in her odd, extended family, for the world.
