You find yourself on a cruise ship, passing a small island. The captain passes by and you quickly turn around to ask him about the island. "That island isn't one of our stops. It's deserted," he answers. A little disappointed, you turn back to look at it some more. Most of the island is a giant volcano. Examining it, you spot something flying around it. It looks like a Peophin. Must be a Faerie Peophin, you assume, since it's flying. But then you see the Peophin dive into the volcano. You've never seen a Faerie pet do that...heck, you've never seen any pet do that. A few moments later, the Peophin comes flying out, completely unharmed. Only one thought comes to your head: hybrid. A Faerie and Fire Peophin. Interesting...

Ombra Members


Raikaii - He's the leader of the herd. He ran away from his home when he was young because of his father's harsh ways. His father was the leader of his own herd, which was very large and contained many members. He developed enemies over time and the day after Raikaii left, most of the members were never seen again, including his mother and father. Hungry for more revenge, his father's enemies kidnapped his first daughter and his grandson and they were never seen again. He was extremely upset, but he had a new daughter a while ago, so he's been a lot better. But, with every joy, comes despair. Raikaii's mate died after giving birth to their second daughter.

Rhyzine - The newest daughter of Raikaii. She's adventurous and outgoing and very beautiful. Everyone adores her and she'll make a great leader some day.

Rikeu - The most distant member of Ombra, not much is known about this Peophin. All that is known is that she's had a troubled past and has taken a liking to Caetus.

Daiveni - She slso happens to a Faerie mix, like Zaro. A Faerie Starry mix, to be exact. One of her powers is how slowly she ages. She also has power over ice.

Pathenon - Long time friend of Zaro, he's the one who brought him to Ombra. He's strong with good morals, values, and leadership skills. He's an important member when it comes to tactics and decision making.

Caetus - The brother of Pathenon. He's living in personal exile currently and is in a serious state of depression. Ever since the first daughter and her son were taken, he's been that way. He blames himself for what happened to his son and mate so he lives in a far away ancient Greece city in ruins by himself. Members have been trying to convince him to come back lately. (Currently stuck in the Pound. DX)

Aqolis - The newest member of Ombra, he's a young wanderer with a rather...creepy appearance who's decided to settle down. He's still trying to get adjusted to herd life and has yet to find his rightfult place. Very imtimidating and demonic looking, he's great to have around in a tough situation.

Nyrzi & Ovyr - The youngest members of Ombra, these little twins are a delight to have around. Whenever things get tense, they're innocent playfulness always puts a smile on everyone's faces. The two were found huddled together amongst some seaweed by Pathenon and they were taken in.

Eniiu - Raikaii's younger sister, she's a stong-tempered Peophin who will fight for what she believes is right. She was one of the very few who survived the night of the attack on her parents' old herd. She found her way to her brother's herd and is now a high ranked member.

Bluecrin - Bluecrin is a interesting creature. One day, she just appeared and was welcomed into the herd. She's psychic, being able to know when certain things will happen in the future and also blind. She uses the astronomy for guidence, so most of her predictions take places at night, though sometimes, she sees visions randomly during the day.

Dhavi - Similarly to Rikeu, Dhavi is very much a loner. For reasons unexplained, Raikaii found Dhavi unconscious and near death due to a nasty wound. Through much reinforcement and nurturing, Dhavi managed to heal completely but now wields a large scar on his left leg. He hardly speaks and associates with no one.

About Ombra

The Ombra herd was founded years ago by Raikaii when he and his mate, Selea had their first daughter. Raikaii had run away from home due to a dangerous situation. His father was the leader of a large, popular herd, and had developed many enemies. For fear of being attacked one day and not wanting to be apart of this corrupt herd any longer, he escaped in the middle of the night. The next morning, all of the members had vanished, some killed and some just disappeared. He wandered around the ocean for about a month when he stumbled upon a small herd consisting of Selea, his late mate, and her family, including her adoptive sister Daiveni. He lived with them for a while and Selea and Raikaii fell in love. So they decided to start their own family, with Daiveni be their side. For years they lived happily with their joyful daughter and the word got out about this new herd...so it grew. And the time came for her to move on, so she moved out with her betrothed mate, Caetus, to start their own family. They had a son shortly after. He brought joy to everyone's lives and would be the perferfect heir. But, becuase of the herd's growing poplulation, Raikaii's father's enemies found out that the escaped son started his own herd. Caetus was out hunting while they slept in their den, mother and son. But she woke to a terrible screaming; her son crying for her help. She swam as fast as she could, but the screams slowly faded. Feeling absolutely terrible for letting this happen, she blamed herself of being a bad mother. She disappeared shortly after her son did. Torn apart by devestation, the herd disbanded. Years later, they slowly came back together, but tried to stay a little more private this time. Everyone was back...all but Caetus. He was affected so much by losing his mate and his son, he went into personal exile and into a severe state of depression. He now dwells in an ancient Greek city in ruins. His brother Pathenon and good friend Daiveni have tried the hardest to get him back, plus the help of all the other herd members. But he wouldn't budge. It was decided that we should give him his time and that he would come back when he was ready. The birth of Selea and Raikaii's second daughter really put back the joy and lively spirit in everyone's hearts. She grew up fast, proving to be a great leader and is now the heir to the leadership of the Ombra herd.
