TNT's Rules for Pet Trading How To Use This Page Each pet section has a list of pets for trade and pets people are wanting and each section is accessible by selecting the relevant pet name. The pets that are up for trade link to the owner's Neomail so you can ask any questions or set up a trade! As of November 2008, this page will also feature Battledome and Any pet (ie. have any name, colour, species; no expenditure limit) sections. As of October 2008, this page will also feature pet adoption wishlists so Premium members can also have the option of adopting out their pets. Adoptions are shown below the trades and will be restricted to no more than 5 requests at a time. I regularly check whether people are still Premium members and have active accounts but please let me know if I remove you and you either rejoin Premium, return to Neopets or get your account back. TNT's Rules On Trading There is now an option to select a pet to exchange for on the other person's account. Taken from the NT's Editorial and Pound Transfer FAQ's: Is trading a Neopet for another Neopet ok? Yes, trading Neopets (even though we don't like the idea of players trading their Neopets) is tolerated, but only if it is a 1:1 swap. This means no "extras" sent before/during/after the swap that might include Neopoints, items, accounts, coding, art, or anything else that would be considered an illegal payment. If there is an agreement to trade Neopets and the process has already begun (one of the Neopets has already been sent) then the other person must fulfill their side of the bargain or return the Neopet. Running off with one after a trade has begun is considered scamming and will result in that player being frozen. It is unlikely you will get your Neopet back if this occurs, though, so use good judgment as to who you swap with!
