Here is what I look for in your web page:

ART WORK: I like ORIGINAL art work on your page. If I notice you stole art work, you will get more then you wished for. Any art work will do. NOT counting ones edited(example: A white lupe from neopets edited to have a clown nose)
IDEAS: I like ORIGINAL ideas. If you stole someones idea, and they told you not to, you will get more then what you asked for.
LAYOUT: I love quick links, and a nice blog. As for the size it needs to be veiwed on, I don't ruddy care. I still don't understand that stuff yet. Backgrounds are nice, but don't over due it. Music is good, just don't make it annoying. I also like picture links, so if I really like your page, I can link back to it.
