If you already have him, Skip on Down! If you don't, Go to neohomes,
click explore neohomes, search Neopia Central, click on Soup Alley and type 131

Stats:

HP: 15 or over
Strength: 13 and above
Defense: 13 and above
Level: 6

Equipment:

Green Frost Cannon- 4000-5000np
Scarab Ring- 1000np
Sand Snowball x2- 50np each

Abilities:

Fierce Attack
Fiery Gaze [Fire Faerie ability: 3, level 6]

Strategy

TURN 1:
Fiery Gaze † Scarab ring and Green Frost cannon
[Fiery Gaze or Frost
Cannon must freeze, if not, withdraw, heal, and try again]
TURN 2:
Sand Snowball x2 † Fierce Attack
Now wasn't that Easy?

Beat Him and you should get this:

Something has happened!
	You are now eligible to use 'Ghost Lupe' as an avatar on the Neoboards!
