Feeling the sun's warm glow on your back, you kick your legs through the clear ocean water a little faster toward a sea turtle you spot in the distance. You've decided to take a mini-vacation and go snorkeling near a coral reef on a beautiful summer day. Small, colorful fish swim all around you, as the sun's reflection dances along their backs. You can't help but smile at how beautiful and perfect everything is, this is definitely a place to come back to.
Gliding over to the reef, you watch a sea anemone sway back and forth in the ocean's current, while a small fish darts inside it for safety at your presence. Suddenly something behind the reef catches your eye. Squinting, you can just make out a dark figure moving behind the coral, and it looks pretty big too. You hesitate for a moment, then swim into the deeper water toward where you think the creature is hiding. As you peer around the wall of coral, you abruptly find yourself inches away from the face of the mysterious creature. Kicking your fins awkwardly, you try to back away from it among a stir of bubbles. "Wait" you hear it say softly. He slowly swims up toward you as you simply float there and stare in amazement at this creature who is somehow able to speak to you.
His long tail fin allows him to move effortlessly through the water as he approaches you, and you notice how interesting his appearance is with so many markings.

His face and front resembles an eyrie, but the rest of his body is entirely different, adapted perfectly for his aquatic environment. "My name is Sylizax, and I take care of the reefs here," he says with a friendly smile. "And judging by your look of confusion, I'm guessing you haven't seen something like me before" he adds with a chuckle. You smile sheepishly and shake your head no, as a flurry of questions enter your mind about this creature. Where did he come from? What happened in his past? Are there more of him?
You return your focus to him as he circles around you full of excitement in the bright water. "Well I don't get too many visitors around here...what do you say? Want to have some fun?" he says as he motions for you to follow. An adventurous smile spreads across your face as you kick your legs and follow behind him.

About Sylizax

Sylizax is a fun-loving eyrie who is always seen with a smile on his face. He enjoys taking care of his home among the coral reef, and acts as a guardian against any threats. He has a somewhat laid-back attitude, and is not easily frustrated. He also enjoys playing around with his petpet, a maraquan quetzal.

Family

	Enairokel is an eyrie that lives a carefree life, living among grassy plains and forests. He spends his time flying high above the clouds, coming down to earth only for short visits. Having an easygoing personality, it's hard to get on his bad side.
	Reyotsed is an energetic grundo who is always looking for adventures. Though he is small in stature, that doesn't hinder him from anything, and he's always up for a challenge. He spends much of his time outside, exploring, and when he's inside he's either playing with his Jinjah, or has his head buried in comic books.
	Bluorae loves to go exploring, and is friendly to everyone she meets. Although unknown to her, she has some special powers with crystals. She also enjoys taking care of others.
	Back in his homeland, Zyklar was a brave and strong soldier, and loved by many. He is able to manipulate fire, although he cannot create it. He is calm and serious, but underneath has a caring personality.
	Uiex is a young little nimmo that loves getting himself into trouble. He loves to explore his underwater world, and eagerly looks for new hideouts. He lives in freshwater streams, and is delighted to bathe in the sunlight. Uiex loves making new friends, and is a fun little pal to be with.

	Damiock is an outdoor loving bori. He loves spending all day at the beach, whether it's surfing, making giant sandcastles, or just listening to the waves crash onto the shore. He's very outgoing, and can become friends with you instantly. He can be a little forgetful at times, but is a very loyal friend.
