Hi there. My name is Sworyn. I joined at Casais side when she was new to Neopia, looking for a neopet. Well, actually, she found me. I was young, impressionable, and waaay to sure of my then plain-blue-colored-self. One afternoon I had entered the lair of the Snowager, responding unwisely to the goading of some of my friends at the time, with whom we formed a motly pack of sorts. It did not turn out well, since the Snowager was fully awake and fully aware of my presence. Before I had a chance to register this, he hit me full in the face with a blast so painful I blacked out. When I woke up, it was in a small room to the smell of cooking omelettes, and I tried to get up from the bed I was lying on. I winced and whimpered as I tried to move myself, and a young girl began to walk towards me with a kind smile on her face and a plate of omelette in her hand. Needless to say, she won my affection there and then. It was Casai who had brought me from the Snowager's lair, who had heard the blast and come to my defense, and I was grateful.

Since that day, Casai and I have travelled Neopia together, exploring and seeing many new things and people. I have seen an endless assortment of neopets in a wide range of colors, and at some point I decided I wanted to be painted Electric. The color just stood out so much that I couldn't resist. Although Casai alone could not afford the paint brush, her dear friend, Opal_Pixie pitched in to help me out.

I soon expressed the desire to begin battling, as many of out outings landed us near the Battle Dome to watch the matches there. I thought that Casai would think less of me when I told her another motive for wanting to get stronger: I wanted to best that Snowager for the shot he got off at me. However, I was suprised to see her nodding in agreement. She told me it was only natural to want revenge, but she warned me that if it became my sole purpose, it would change me for the worse. I didn't understand what she had meant at the time, but now I understand. I was not to vicious, but only battle for the joy in using my skills against another.
