LC's Pets

Hey and welcome to LC and Ander's adoption agency. ^^ This is an adoption agency for only my younger brother, Ander, and I, LC. Now, since Ander doesn't feel like being bothered with neomails about applications and such, I, LC, shall handle all your neomails and applications. Joy.
So, this is how this works. I decide the homes for all my pets and rule out the applications I don't like for Ander's pets. If I see a potential owner for one of Ander's pets, I'll let him know and final say is his. Now, on to the rules! xD

My Rules
Other Fosters May Have Different Rules

1. Try to use English, no chatspeak.
2. For certain pets, the account your adopting from must be at least 4 months old (neopet's rule not mine).
3. Ok, this is probably one of the things that get to me the most. When you want a pet you should at LEAST refer to it by the proper gender and name. All neomails or applications that call my foster pet "it" in them are deleted. You are allowed and even encouraged to make up a nickname for my pet, just tell me in the beginning of the application.
4. The account you want to adopt my pet from must be active. That means you're on at least 3 times a week. It doesn't have to be a main account, only active. How hard is that?
5. In order to assure that you get the pet you want, please have AIM, MSN, or YIM (not required).
6. Send all applications to secants.
7. The subject of your neomail should be Adopting (pet's name). Or at least make it so I know what the neomail is about.
8. I will reply and tell you if you have been accepted or rejected.
9. If you say you'll roleplay/draw/write poems/ write stories about the pet, give examples. No example, no support, no effect on your chance of adopting the pet.
10. Brownie points are pictures, poetry, stories, roleplay examples, an explanation of what you do with your current pets, anything! These don't have to be customs for the pet you want, just an example, from any of your current pets. In fact, I'd like an example from your current pets just to show you do something with them.
11. If you have any other questions don't be afraid to neomail me at secants. I'll try to help you out as best I can.

Here are the stats for each pet. In other words, how willing we are to let them go.
*- Harsh about, high chance of staying with us.
**- May stay with me, slightly easier to get then the one *.
***- These are the pets I love, but gotta go.
****- Awaiting transfer.

Lastly, I'd like to say that you have three choices in applying for one of these pets. I'll list them from most favored to least favored. Petpage application, neomail application (I'll still ask questions), I ask questions and you give answers. None of these are required, choose whichever you prefer.
I have pounded many pets to awesome people for neomail applications.
