Follow these Steps to beat him....

Before we start, you Have to make sure that you have him as a challenger.
If you already have him, Skip on Down! If you don't, He is obtained by your
pet Catching Sneezles or Neoflu.

Stats:

HP: 35 or over
Strength: 20 and above
Defense: 20 and above
Level:10

Equipment:

Snowglobe Staff- about 25000np
Purple Sticky Hand- about 500-1000np
Fire Muffin x3- 2000np each
Scarab Ring - 2000np
Greater Healing Scroll- about 30000np
(Just in case you're low on HP)
Alternative- Lesser Healing Scroll - 2500np
Leaf Shield - 9000np

Abilities:

Fierce Attack
Burrow [Earth Faerie ability: 4, level 10]
Fiery Gaze [Fire Faerie ability: 3, level 6]

Strategy

TURN 1:
Fiery Gaze † Purple Sticky Hand and Snowglobe Staff
[Purple Sticky Hand must steal, and Fiery Gaze or Snowglobe
Staff must freeze, if not, withdraw, heal, and try again]
TURN 2:
Fire Muffin x2 † Fierce Attack
TURN 3:
Downsize Power Plus [That you stole] † Fire Muffin and Fierce attack
TURN 4:
Leaf Shield † Scarab Ring and Fierce Attack, or if you are
in danger of losing, use the Greater Healing Scroll † Scarab Ring.
If he's still not dead, move on to turn 5. TURN 5:
Burrow † Scarab Ring and leaf shield.
He should be dead now...

Beat Him and you should get this:

Something has happened!
	You are now eligible to use 'Meuka - Snotty' as an avatar on the Neoboards!
