It is my very good honour to meet you, and you may call me Verdigris.

Alternatively, you may call me Erin or, if you're really out to make me happy, Elphie.
In case you were wondering, I'm an incurable Broadway fan.

I enjoy a rather mundane life as a sophomore in high school, where my interests

About Sjonieh
Qui est Sjonieh?

Sjonieh remembers little of her early years. She remembers a sister,
almost her age, with whom she played each day, frolicking through the familiar and blossoming fields of
Brightvale. Every so often, the Sjonieh fancies that she sees her sister in a crowd,
but cannot summon her name from the recesses of her subconscious mind.

One day, her mother ran towards where Sjonieh and her sister played in the shade of an oak.
She carried two suitcases in her hands, and wore an -disallowed_word-You may assign nicknames, if you like.)
This should be obvious. A pet is more than a color and a species.

too make grammar errors; as long as you are coherent and generally grammatically correct,

These rules apply to Petpage Applications. Pets requiring Petpage Applications are indicated as such under the Fosters section.

No off-site webpages! I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause,
but I'm not going to run the risk of a CG'er.

- 2 -

Run your application past the very nice people at billopan or Neopound. They'll be
glad to help you iron out any fine details, and it shows initiative.

- 3.1 -

I shan't tell you what things I am expecting to see in a petpage application. Do what you feel will
be sufficient, with your effort demonstrating how badly you want the pet, why you want
him or her, and your capability as an owner. I do tend to air on the side of the more relevant content
(i.e. roleplaying, family description, personality, etc) the better.

- 3.2 -

Some pets have special rules (i.e. must go to a roleplayer/artist, must be older than 7 months, etc).
These will be indicated beside their listings in the Fosters section.

It doesn't take too much to make a nice, clean, layout. It doesn't have to be
complex, but I'd like to see that some effort was made. I don't know much HTML, and I managed
this page. It looks neat and tidy - and I didn't use anything fancy.

All I ask for in a Neomail Application is an answer to a simple, 5-question survey:

What would you prefer to be called on Neopets?

What pet are you applying for?

Name three reasons I should pick you to adopt __________.

What is the primary reason you'd like to adopt __________ (no lies, please)?

Which is better in your opinion: Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman or the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling?
(This last question is just for fun; please answer it regardless! I like to know.)

Please direct all Neomail Applications to andromeda132. Neomails sent to other usernames will be responded to much more slowly.

With Neomail Applications, I don't require that you make a lengthy app. But, keep in mind that I'm
still looking over your userlookup and checking to see that your pets are well cared-for!

A former permie, Nahgala is very near and dear to me.
She will only be going to an artist or roleplayer. No exceptions.

This is the only reason she is up for adoption - I
cannot write her properly, and I pity the eyes of any TNT member asked to evaluate
my art for the BC.

So, she's only going to a home where she can be given these things.

No deadline has been set.

I recieved my first application for Nahgala - and it was n00b-mail. Come on, guys!

More n00b-mail has flooded in, asking for Nahgala. Also, people seem not to have been reading
the rules very carefully, because I keep recieving Neomail applications for her. People see
that there's a section about Neomail Apps and consequently don't even read
the General Rules section or check Nahgala's foster listing to see that she does,
in fact, require Petpage Apps. It makes me so angry.

Waiting around until the pound reopens, then she will be transferred! Thanks to kickstand for giving her a great permanent home!
