Meet the Crew

So, guest, you want to know a bit about me? All right, then, here goes.

	I was the very first Neopet Al ever met. I was a Yellow Eyrie then. Not too long after plushie brain--er, Pendwyr--joined us, Al got the Lab Ray and started zapping everyone in turn. I walked in one day, saw lots of flashing lights, and when I walked out, I was an amazingly gorgeous specimen--Darigan Eyries pwn. I might be a girl, but I totally look like I could do some damage.
Recently, Al decided to send me back, to start training me some more. No matter what that crazy scientist does to me, I'll always be a Darigan Eyrie at heart (you hear that, Al? you can't get rid of my inner beast that easily). I know Al loves that look, though, because she thinks I look most like a griffin in this color, and she's got a thing for mythical beasts (check out the four dragons--er, Draiks. See what I mean?). The Lab Ray stuck Pendwyr as a Ghost for a looong time *snicker* She was fun at Halloween. But then the Fountain Faerie turned her Plushie (I think her brain was turned Plushie, too).

Around here, as the HNIC (Head Neopet In Charge), I keep the order--make sure Pendwyr isn't getting into trouble without me, make sure the gallery pets behave themselves, make sure Al spends enough time with me. I'm the reader around here, much smarter than plushie brain. And I'm the fighter, too--I got to fight for the Maraquans in the last war. That was fun, except for getting sick all the time. Oo, and I'm the gourmet food eater, but I haven't eaten very much. I'm always in the neoLodge, and cockroaches don't count as gourmet.

Did I leave anything out? Oh, yeah--I'm starring in my own Neopian Times comic! Plushie brain is around for comic relief (laugh--it was a joke), but between you and me, I'm the real star of that series. Hmm, maybe I should go encourage Al to work on that some more (this is why I like being Darigan--big claws;). I still can't believe Al entered me in the BC; her picture almost made me look cuddlely *shudder*. But at least I can say that I got in before the zafara did=). And I got fourth place in my species, which is amazing! Hmm, maybe this Beauty Contest thing isn't so bad--I do like trophies, after all...And now I'm starring in a NeoAdventure that Al cooked up for Atablicryon. Cool, huh?

	Pendwyr I don't know why Al thought she needed another pet after me. But she thought she did, so she made plushie pants here. None too bright, this one. Any trouble I get in, I blame on squarely on Pendwyr. Al's letting her take care of the FAQs--are you nuts, Al?		Sentarshadeen One of those addictions that Al has, it's cool names. When she finds one, she needs a pet for it. And she missed having an Ixi, so Shadeen joined the party. I'm still trying to decide about this one (but she does side with me over plushie brain most of the time)...
	Marchegai Well, someone has to be in charge of Al's first gallery. Marchegai knows everything about Quests--and a lot of other stuff, too. One smart cookie...		Atablicryon Cryon's my buddy. He knows so many ways to make NPs, it'll make your head spin (and your bank account fill up!). None too shabby, either, with his fierce draik-ness.
	Kalenteth Kalen joined Marchegai and Cryon to help out the newbies. The Fountain Faerie turned him Plushie, too, but thankfully spared his brain. He helps out Newbies, so it wouldn't do if he couldn't think straight.		Eldrakkyn Drake's the newest member of the helpful gallery pets, and he handles explaining the Rules of Neopia to everyone. He's really smart, but he likes to use big words.
	Kokkinelli Nell's on Al's fun-with-the-Lab-Ray account. Poor thing. They're a nice bunch, but a little weird. *shudder* Al is still debating about what will happen to Nelli's page...		Mavrodaphne Daphne's got her head in the clouds most of the time. We're trying to make sure she doesn't turn pink, because that would traumatize a real friend of Al's. She's also got Al's start at a Restocking Guide on her page.
	Patraiki Pat keeps track of Al's pathetic attempt to explain HTML/CSS. Too bad she can't keep track of her own species changes...		Rodytis Rod has an essary Al wrote about adults on Neopets. (She's one of them!) Maybe she should start saving for potions and paint brushes for these guys...
	Xidantzu More pets for more names. Xi and Virisken are always out training somewhere, and neither of them will say what it's all about. But Xi's my Eyrie buddy, so he wouldn't hurt me...right?		Nalenyr Nalenyr's a smart one, like Marchegai and Drake. She does that wise "smile and nod" thing whenever I say something brilliant. What's not to like about that?
	Wentiko Something about these new pets of Al's--they always seem to be training for...something. Wentiko trains by meditating on a rock in a warm patch of sunlight. It kinda always looks to me like he's asleep, but he tells me not to question the method. As long as it works for you...		Ameryne I think Al may have finally found someone as sweet and lovable as I am. Ameryne is always so nice, even to Plushie Brain. And she's a good cook!

Wow, there's a lot of us now! Looks like we've got to expand that neoHome of ours--Al's been slacking on that. Feel free to poke around our pages; Al asks all of us to create our own petpages.
