. .
The dark ocean rumbles with fright, and you step away from the surf, slighlty chilled by the ominous noise. You had no Idea why you walked onto this stupid beach in the first place. There werent even any shells to collect. Suddenly, a wave sweeps over, you, and you are cast into the ocean depths, where everything goes wonderfully black.... You wake a short time later, still under water, but somehow managing to breath. You look around. Your in a colourful coral cave, with random knicknacks scattered about. A peophin swims over to you, her cat like green eyes sparkling with mischeive. "Hello there! And welcome to my little space in the ocean, guest! My name is Sever, And you should feel lucky you met me. I dont normally go off saving idiot humans who walk on the beach during a storm." She snorted playfully, doing a loop in the water below you, seemingly weightless. You take a closer look around, as your on the land portion of the cave. The peo smiles, and says "Ill be right back!" she dunks under the water quickly, her green mane dissapearing in the reef. You turn, and find a thick, leather bound book, encrusted in copper and emeralds. Opening it, you find a picture of the fae, and some statistics.

"If you wouldnt mind" you mumbled, still slightly embaressed to eb caught prying. "Alright. Go ahead and sit down, this will take a while."
My Story
My parents are unknown to me this day, and I have almost no clue where Im from. My earliest memories are of me wandering the tropical waters near Maraqua, alone. Back then, life was simple. I had no reason to begrudge any living thing, except the koi, when they eluded me for my lunch. I was completely free, and barley ever spoke to any other passerby, seeing no need to entangle myself with the troubles of others.
I of course, was young at that time, but as I grew, I began to grow sympathetic of others, and began to help, and, for the first time, go up on land. It was an exciting new experience, but while I helped most everyone, I kept myself aloof enough where I still had no friends. As I developed, my appearance began to draw attention, so I began to stop going to the new outside world I so loved. I began to grow lonely, however, and sought another to share my company with. I met with a peophin named Kishou, and him and his accent irked its ways into my heart, and I had found my first friend. He was quite amiable and I learned much from him. He taught me about the treachery of faeries, and the destruction they wrought on innocence.
Yet, I did not truly understand this until I met another male, named Caere. I found him in his cave, quietly sulking. When I began to talk to him, his rude demeanor threw me off, but also intrested me so deeply that I began to visit him as much as possible. He threw rude words at me, attempting to make me leave, but I ignored his warnings, continuing to visit him. Soon, I began to feel an inkling of a strange, wonderful feeling. Love. It had replaced the curiousity. When I confessed this to him, he tried to push me away again, telling me all about a curse he was under, because of the faeries, but I would not relent. He confessed that he felt the same, and were now together. Nothing else has happened worth telling, and Im afraid my story is rather boring but perhaps, one day, Ill have more to add.
