About Me.



As you can tell, I love the guitar. I wanted to play professionally for so long, but after leaving home I soon realized that I had to start out much smaller than what I was aiming for.

I love rock, but I can get into any genre if you give me the right artist. Some fast pace music is much more enjoyable than it lets you believe. Even Screamo can be turned into something good with the right beat and vocals.

I try to look at the good side of life. I'm pretty laid back, and I'm not exactly your stereotypical Kyrii. I do get along with mostly any species, but I'm not wild about my hair.

I try to make friends with other pets, so there's no need to feel shy around me.

    Electric or acoustic. It doesn't matter to me. Not exactly my favorite instrument.
    I hear it's an acquired taste. But I can't imagine not liking coffee. Just... No.
    I really only like Flatnote. Other Fangies are just mean. I have a severe case of pupaphobia. But I can't seem to recall why.




    My Story.



    I was born into a normal Kyrii family. My father was White, like me, and my mother was Red. We lived on a farm in Meridell and raised Fangies. Not for food, of course, but for the Petpet shop in Tyrannia. We had to import them once they were so old. It wasn't a huge business, but it was good enough to keep my mom and I eating regularly.

    I never really knew my dad, but I know he was alive when I was born. My mother told me that he was very hippie-like and never really planned out his actions too well. He told my mom one day that he was going somewhere, and didn't know when he would be back. She doesn't know where he is today.

    This never really affected me while I was young. I always wished as a child that he would come back so I could meet him.

    But after so long I started to think that if he came back then, was it just all a diversion to get away from me?

    I didn't think about it much after I went through that phase. I got back to more important things like my studies and my music lessons. Then when I turned 18, I decided it was time to leave. So I packed up my guitar and other personal belongings and set out to become a famous guitarist.

    I didn't have much money, and getting a job was hard when I didn't have an owner. I played some simple tunes in public areas with my guitar case open with hope I could catch some extra change in it.

    One place I played outside of was a café owned by a very humble shadow Wocky. I went by there often because the scent was peaceful and the atmosphere was calm, unlike the rest of the shopping area.

    Machacco was the Wocky's name, and he was always happy to see new faces in his café. One day when I came in, he sat down next to me and we chatted for hours.

    We got onto the topic of my unemployment, and the reasons for it. He told me of his owner and how he'd welcome me into his apartment, but that was out of the question. But then, he told me of Doirn.

    Doirn was [and still is] a friend of Machacco's owner. He explained to me that she had quit Neopets earlier in 2006.

    Because of her leaving, I knew I had little to no chance of getting her to take me in. But Machacco put in a good word for me and Doirn came back.

    I still haven't obtained my goal of becoming a famous guitarist, but Machacco lets me play at his café whenever it's convenient for the both of us.



    Family.


    Doirn:
    If anything, Doirn's much like a second mother to me.

    She spends most of her time drawing and listening to music. She's into metal and is a big fan of Metallica [mostly their old music]. Doirn really isn't the kind to follow trends, so all the music she likes isn't because it's popular but because she likes it.

    She chatters a lot when she's around friends, but when out of her comfort zone she becomes kind of withdrawn.

    She's still a student, so she isn't always around to keep me company.

    Karasuhebii:
    I try as hard as I can to get along with everyone... but Kara is just impossible! No matter what I say or how I say it she takes it personally and just puts words in my mouth. It's so frustrating to deal with.

    I really don't think I've ever seen her good side. She's just naturally this way, I've assumed.

    Jedane:
    I haven't known Jed very long, but so far he's turned out to be a really cool guy. Though most of the time he's locked up in his room sulking, he does have a remotely pleasant side.

    I think the best aspect of him has to be his imagination. No normal person can come up with some of the things he does.



    Petpet.


    Flatnote:
    Most of the Fangies that we raised on the farm were nasty little devils. They were nice to my mom, but mostly because she spoiled them.

    They were very mischievous, and if you didn't act the certain way they wanted you to then you weren't worth anything to them.

    One summer, about a month after my 15th birthday, a new herd of Fangies came to our farm. All were the same as the others we had raised so far, except one. That one Fangy was the runt of the litter and looked very scruffy, like the others played a little too rough around him.

    After a couple of months, he didn't change into one of the hyperactive little fiends that my mom was so fond of, but instead he was a calm and mellow little Fangy. Pretty fat, too.

    When all the other Fangies in his litter were sold to the Petpet shop, I kept him and named him Flatnote. He hasn't changed a bit since then.



    Friends.



    Machacco:
    Without Chacco I'd still be lingering around on the streets begging for money.

    His personality is very warm, and he's kind of laid back like me. He's caring and can brighten practically anybody's day.

    But if he can't do the trick, his café will loosen you right up.


    Induzztrial:
    After being introduced to Doirn, shortly after I met her good friend Blitz.

    Out of her four pets, Induzztrial was the one who stuck out the most. I got to know him over time, and he turned out to be a really cool guy.

    By his name, you can tell that he's into industrial music. He's all about machinery and just having a good time.
