Rules
- Applications must be on a petpage
- Applications should be sent to whitenotice
- If you are a member of the ~Kougra Lover's Guild~, You must be at least a cub, you don't have to be in the guild but you application had better really impress me.
- Don't adopt the pet unless you're actually going to care for the pet, draw , make a petpage, etc.
- You may adopt on a side account, if you have 4 pets already and they are all well off
- Show effort, I understand that somepeople are better at html than others just learn some basics.
- It costs me a lot of nps to care for pets and adopt and disown pets. After adopting you sould donate to keep the adoption agency running. Naturally it would take thousands upon thousands of nps to buy a paint brush would it hurt if you could donate at least 5-10k?
Requirements
 - Application petpage
- AIM, YIM, or MSN messanger
- A fairly fast and reliable internet connection
- Must meet the deadline
- Account must be at least 4 months old.
- Must be at least a Kitten or Cub.
- NOTE: I'm just going to tell you now... I can not promise that you will get the pet once it is in the pound.
Applications
Applications must be in petpages. So use a spare petpage and include these things in them.
- Pictures (if you can't do art I hope you look around the site for good pictures)It's always better if it is original art.
- Make a personality for the pet
- Find some adoptables. (more points if you can convince someone to make a custom)
- Don't just tell me that you are going to get a petpet show me in a trade... and while your at it pick up some toys and food so I can see that you will take care of the pet.
- A RP example
- Why you wish to adopt the pet.
- Your AIM,YIM, or MSN screen names
- a breif description of your plans/goals for me
- anything extra might get you a better chance of adopting the pet!
finally, fill out this form and neomail it to whitenotice

Place "-petyoureapplyingfor- wants to get away from whitenotice" at the end of the Neomail that contains your application link.
That wasn't such a bad application was it?
whitenotice will pick out which applicant she thinks is the best person.
What-not-to-do
Things NOT to do.- Use Chat Speak of any kind. (I will only tolerate faces ^.^)

Disown the pet!
- Ask for a pet that is not up for adoption.
- Use the wrong gender
- Beg me for the pet or send me more than 3 neomails about the pet.
- Use the pet just for avatars
- Get mad/leave ~KLG~ guild just because you couldn't have the pet
- Disown a pet just because you want to adopt one of these
You must put TNO's pledge of good ownership on your look-up
Also display TNO's pledge of good ownership somewhere in the application.
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again."
