Welcome to Krawk Kingdom, a listing of Krawks - one of the most unique and rare pets in Neopia. This guide is now looked after by James (Chivo) and Rift, who have taken over from Borr and Oreborn (With their blessing, of course). If you've ever wondered what a certain kind of Krawk looks like, or how you can get your hands on one of these illusive pets, this is the place to do it.

Krawk Kingdom isn't a guild or an adoption agency, although it has a sister site, The Draik Domain. Please remeber that the Krawk owners here are Neopets players just like you, and don't like to have people ask them for their pets. Their pets are just for admiring - they aren't up for loan or adoption, so please do not contact their owners to ask!

Q: How can I submit my Krawk to the directory?
A: Just Neomail me with the colour and full name of your Krawk, and it will be swiftly added.
Please note: I don't accept submissions of 'soon-to-be-Krawks' - it gets a bit messy, and people often change their minds about wanting a Krawk. Please wait until that hard-earned Krawk is actually a Krawk before submitting!

Q: I've decided to repaint my Krawk, what should I do?
A: Just drop me a quick Neomail, and I'll change your Krawk's entry as soon as possible.

Q: Your inbox is full, how can I contact you?
A: I usually keep on top of this, but on the off-chance it's full, please contact Anjie, owner of this directory's sister site.

Q: How do I get the Maraquan Krawk avatar?
A: Just visit the lookup of any Maraquan Krawk.

Q: How do I get the Pirate Krawk avatar?
A: Click here.

Q: How do I get the Ghost Krawk avatar?
A: Have a Krawk as your active pet, and go to the Fungus Cave.

Q: How do I get the Island Krawk avatar?
A: You have to visit the lookup of an Island Krawk who has an aged (100 day old +) Island Petpet. Taja is a good one.

Luckily, there are quite a few ways that us Krawk fans can get our hands on a Krawk, each with its own advantages.

Method One - Krawk Petpet

What you'll need: Krawk Petpet, an original (untaken) pet name, less than three pets, a paint brush or petpet paint brush (optional).

First, you'll need the Krawk petpet. You can buy one on the Trading Post or through an Auction, or if you're lucky, you can restock one from the Tyrannian Petpet Shop (Please note that they don't ever restock at the Krawk Island Petpet Shop). They restock there for about 50,000NP.
If you're looking on the Trading Post or in Auction, you have to type "Krawk" and search on the "Identical to my phrase" setting.

Once you have your Krawk, attatch it to a pet and give it an original name with no spaces. If you want, you can paint the petpet if you want a colour that the Krawk pet and petpet both come in (For example, Halloween or Faerie). Note: This will not work with Grey Petpet Paint Brushes, and if you paint your Krawk Petpet a colour that the Krawk does not come in, your Krawk will be born a basic colour.

Next, make sure the pet with the Krawk attatched is active, and visit the Fungus Cave and have your petpet eat the Fungus. It will then transform into a Krawk of your very own!

An important note - this does not work with Petpet Lab zapped Krawks!

Advantages: Your Krawk will be included in the species number count, and will have a unique height and weight stat that only born Krawks have.

Disadvantages: It's not the cheapest way to get a Krawk, and you cannot choose your Krawk's gender.

Method Two - Magical Krawk Plushie

What you'll need: A Magical Krawk Plushie, a pet you want to morph, a paint brush (optional).

Buy a Magical Krawk Plushie. Only three different colours exist - Magical Blue Krawk Plushie, Magical Red Krawk Plushie and Magical Green Krawk Plushie. You can restock them in the Plushie Palace, or buy them at Auction or in the Trading Post. Buyer Beware: Please make sure the plushie is a Magical Red/Blue/Green Krawk Plushie. Don't be scammed!

Then, simply make the pet you want to morph play with the Plushie. It will turn into a Krawk the same colour as the plushie, and the plushie will become an ordinary Krawk Plushie, with no magical properties.

Advantages: You can morph a pre-existing pet.

Disadvantages: You can't pre-paint the Krawk, the plushies are r99 and extremely hard to find.

Method Three - Krawk Morphing Potion

What you'll need: A Krawk Morphing Potion, a pet you want to morph, a paint brush (optional).

Buy a -colour- Krawk Morphing Potion. They come in Blue, Red, Green and Yellow. They restock in the Magic Shop, and are available at Auction and on the Trading Post. Once you have it, just use it on the pet of your choice and watch them become a Krawk!

Note: Be careful if you are morphing a Skeith, Jetsam or Grarrl. Make sure you select "Use on" and not "Feed to"!

Advantages: You can morph a pre-existing pet, almost as cheap as Transmogrification potions.

Disadvantages: You can't pre-paint the Krawk, can be hard to find a seller.

Method Four - Krawk Transmogrification Potion

What you'll need: A Krawk Transmogrification Potion, a pet you want to morph, a paint brush (optional).

Buy a Krawk Transmogrification Potion on the Trading Post or at Auction. These can also be found in very rare Random Events, where Sloth hands you a random Transmogrification Potion. Then, simply use it on the desired pet and you have yourself a Krawk!

Note: Be careful if you are morphing a Skeith, Jetsam or Grarrl. Make sure you select "Use on" and not "Feed to"!

Advantages: You can morph a pre-existing pet, the Transmogrification Potions are the cheapest method of getting a Krawk

Disadvantages: You can't pre-paint the Krawk.
