Hello guest, I hope you are able to use this page. It was made to show the differences between GOOD and BAD quest help and to help a quester get GOOD quest help. I can be found on the Quest Board whenever I am logged in. I have been there awhile and have seen many cases of people attempting to scam other uses and it is frustrating. Hopefully, people will learn and this page will only serve as a rememberance one day.

Good Quest Help

Do's and Don'ts | Example | What Next

A good quest helper will give you a shop lookup with prices closest to the cheapest. They will answer all questions politely and to the best of their abilities, if they aren't able to answer your question they will direct you to a place or person that might be able to. They do not ask for tips or gifts of any kind. Here you will find a table of Do's and Don't when looking for help, and an example of good quest help.

Bad Quest Help

Example | What Now? Some people do not offer adequate help. They attempt to scam the Quester in order to help themselves. Should you come across one of these ignore them, and seek out GOOD help such as that described above.

Shop Ad
WARNING! These people typically make you pay more then what the average going price is.

Trading Post
They say they will buy the item and put it in the trading post and you just offer another item (typically one that is worth more then the quest item).

STOP! Tell them no thanks. Go look for GOOD quest help. Look above in the section titled Good Quest Help but mostly importantly try again. Not all quest helpers do these sorts of thing. Most are good, reliable people that you can count to get good help.

How To Complete A Faerie Quest from Start to Finish

Occasionally a random Faerie will drop by and request a Item. These are random Faerie Quests. Here you will find an example of how to do one when you get one. These quests are random and there is nothing you can do to increase your chance, hence the name random. You can not use the shop wizard to find the item but don't worry that is why there is a Quest Help Board filled with awesome people willing to help you!
Example

Look you have a faerie quest!
You need to find the item the faerie needs which I have pointed out above.
You are not allowed to use the shop wizard.
What do you do? If you don't have the item in your safety deposit box, which isn't likely, you will need to go to the quests board.
Here it is best to make your own board. You do so by clicking where it shows:
Title Your Topic, usually just the items name you are looking for and then fill in the message. I usually say please and thank you and be sure to include the items name here as well without quotations. Make sure the spelling is correct as well. I tend to copy straight from the event that announced the quest. When you are done click Create Topic.

Once you do people will come help. Do not bump your board. Quest helpers look for board with 0 replies.
Look for someone who posts a shop wizard lookup. This person was nice enough to post a link. Don't ask for one as it can slow them down
Copy and paste the username of the person with the cheapest price into the search box.
When their username shows click it. You can also go to your own userlookup and replace your Username in the url with theirs
Go to their shop.
Buy the item. Look in the Meet the Faeries section to see what your prize will be, this way you can determine if it is worth it to do the quest.
Once you have the item go to faerie quest headquarters. Go to explore in the navigation bar and go to Map of Neopia. Then Click on Faerieland.
Once Inside Faerieland Click Faerie City
Then Click Faerie Quests.

Now click Give her the Item.Also if you've chosen to forfeit the quest then you can choose Abandon Quest
She will give you your reward. Note: The reward will go your ACTIVE pet. So if there is one pet you are training be sure to make them active before completing quest
If you can't afford the item you have as much time as you need to earn the neopoints, or you can choose to abandon the quest, like I mentioned earlier. If you cancel the quest you will need to return after 600 seconds and agree to do more quests.

For completing Fyora's quest your active pet will recieve: 1 level, 4 hit points and 4 strength points

For completing an Air Faeries quest your active pet will recieve: 2 movement points

For completing a Dark Faeries quest your active pet will recieve: 2 hit points

For completing an Earth Faeries quest your active pet will recieve: 2 strength or defence or movement points

For completing a Fire Faeries quest your active pet will recieve: 2 strength points

For completing a Light Faeries quest your active pet will recieve: 1 Level

For completing a Water Faeries quest your active pet will recieve: 2 defence points

For completing a Battle Faerie quest your active pet will recieve: 2 hit, 2 strength, and 2 defence points

For completing a Space Faerie quest your active pet will recieve: 4 levels

For completing a Fountain Faerie quest will recieve: Access to rainbow fountain for a 1 time paint job on any of your pets

For completing a Crafting Faeries quest you will recieve an exclusive NC Mall wearable item that she crafted using the items you bought for her. The items she asks for come from the NC Mall and cost -real- money.

Timed Quests

Jhudora | Illusen | Brain Tree | Esophagor | Taelia | Kitchen | Edna

Timed quests are ones that you CHOOSE to do. You have to of went to the place and clicked I want to do this quest. If you do not finish the quest there is no penalty EXCEPT for Illusen and Jhudora. If you fail to complete Illusen or Jhudora's quest you return to level 1.
Here I will lead through how to do a quest for each of the timed quests. If you don't see pictures it is because that particular timed quest hasn't been nice and given me one I want to do.
If there is an avatar for doing that quest I've almost mentioned that.

Jhudora

To Find Jhurdora you need to go to Faerieland, Here you can find Jhurdora's Bluff
Then you can see her and click accept

Won't give you a quest? Either you've failed your previous quest and didn't come back or you've done a quest for Illusen within the last 12 hours.
Once she asks you for an item the countdown begins, you only have so much time to return with the item
Copy the item name that she wants and head over to the shop wizard. This is a timed quest so you can use the shop wizard, you don't need to go to the Quest Board
Go to the persons shop and buy the item
Return to Jhudora's Bluff and tell her you have the item. Or tell her you don't and be reset to level 1

And get your reward Only Certain levels have rewards. Look below

Rewards

Illusen

To Find Illusen you need to go to Meridell

Then you can see her and click accept

Brain Tree Quest

Here is where you will find the Brain Tree in the Haunted Woods.

Go accept the brain tree quest by clicking here.

He will ask you for information about a deceased person.

Now go back to the Haunted Woods and go see the Esophagor

Go to the Esophagor now and accept the first of 2 quests. The game is rigged so if you don't do 2 Esophagor Quests the brain tree will not accept your answer.

It is not recommended to spend more then 2k TOTAL because it typically is not worth it. Use the shop wizard to find the items, don't ask on the quest board.

Return to the esophagar and feed him for the first time.

He will now give you the when. Write it down it must be EXACTLY like he says.

You will have to return to him and accept another quest.

Once again find the items and return to him and give him the food.

Now he will give you the where.Write it down it must be EXACTLY like he says.

Now return the Brain Tree and put in the answers you were given. Capitalization is important!

If you have done it right he will give you your prize.

If you fail this quest there is no penalty. If you fail to do 1 esophagor quest you will also fail the brain tree quest.

Then go on over to the quest board and find the Brain Tree Quest topic! It usually looks something like this:

The first pages has great information about the Brain Tree and if you have a question you can post it, though it may take awhile for one of us to get back to you as once you get past page 1 its just a bunch of fancy bumps to keep the board on page one!

Esophagor
Want to feed Esophagor but don't really want to do Brain Tree Quests? Then by all means, go for it! He is still hungry and willing to give rewards for food!

Here is where you will find the Esophagor in the Haunted Woods.

Click I want to do this Quest here

He will ask for items.

You can use the shop wizard to find it. It is not suggested to spend more then 2k neopoints because the reward is typically not worth more

Once you have the items go back to him and now you will be able to click I have the items.

Once you do this he will give your prize.

Taelia the Snow Faerie

The Snow Faerie is in you guessed it Terror Mountain.

You will have to click Top Of Mountain when you are in Happy Valley

Then click Snow Faerie Quests

Click you accept the quest

Now she will tell you what items she will want.

Use Shop Wizard to find the items You don't need to ask Quest Board for help

Return to Terror Mountain and Snow Faerie Quest Building and turn in the items

Get your reward!

Now you can go find some place warm! Might I suggest Mystery Island!

Kitchen Quests

In Mystery Island you will find Chef, and he offers a timed Quest know as Kitchen Quests

Accept his quest to help him make some food

Again, this is a timed quest and you can use the shop wizard. Go to the shops of the users and buy the items

Return to mystery island Kitchen and see Chef to turn in your items

And get your rewards

Edna the Witch

Here is where you will find Edna in the Haunted Woods.

Also in Haunted Woods you will find Edna.

Accept her quest to help her

Again, this is a timed quest and you can use the shop wizard. Go to the shops of the users and buy the items

Return to mystery island Kitchen and see Chef to turn in your items

And get your rewards
