I'm glad you came to visit my page today! I was once the only Baby my owner had, but she now has Keendi as well. I'm the sweet innocent one, and Keendi is the little sneak.  WELCOMEThank you so much for visiting The Nursery! This is a page completely dedicated to babies, the color Baby that is. Who doesn't love something so cute and cuddly? Awww okay not everyone loves cute and cuddly things, but there are many people who do. This page is constantly going to be updated, as daily there are neomails received for pets, galleries, or guilds to be added. We hope to grow to be the biggest baby directory out there, but we'll see how that goes. The color Baby was release May 16, 2002. It was voted upon in a Neopian Poll. Moehog, Chia, and Skeith, were among the first to be added. The Baby Paint Brush was originally sold for 300k in the Hidden Tower. They are still available there, however they cost 600k now. The color baby has grown to have one the largest varieties, if not the largest, of different species to paint. To date, there 52 different species you can paint Baby! As of right now there are no unreleased Baby pets. If any should show up, we will let you know. Before you go any further, there are a few things I would like people to know. All pets, guilds, and galleries, on this page have consent to be here. I will not at anytime post any of them without first having permission from the owner. It is never okay to neomail any of them to ask for items or pets. People abusing this page to beg or spam will be reported. Secondly, I worked hard and researched to find everything I have on this page (finding the baby items, caption contest pictures, figuring out when the color was released, ect). It is perfectly okay to use the info on this page as a guide, but is not okay to copy and steal it. And finally, please remember that my life does not revolve around Neopets. I have a husband and two very active little kids, so I can get really busy sometimes. I do not respond to neomails until your pet, gallery, ect. is on the page. When I get really busy in real life, it can take up to 2 weeks to get something added. Please consider that before you send me multiple neomails about having something added or asking me why something hasn't been added yet. THE NURSERY NEWS11.06.08 Let me say it again. I AM NOT ACCEPTING ANY ADD REQUESTS AT THIS TIME. This includes adding pets to the lists, guilds, galleries.... everything! I am sorry it is taking longer then I said, but this is out of my hands. Until Neopets fixes the problem with the cookie grabbers, I will not be adding anything. 8.22.08 Due to some recent things on the site, requests are temporarily closed. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. 5.30.08 Thank you all for your patience as I finally got the page updated and made some much needed corrections and upgrades. It may not look that different to some, but it had some major issues that needed to be fixed. Please note that there is new contact information. I am still running the directory, however I am now running it from a side account. If that doesn't make sense, feel free to neomail me and I will to my best to clarify. 5.29.08 I am going to start working on the revamp of 'The Nursery' so it can reopen soon, so please ignore any funkiness that might be going on at the time you're viewing the plage. Also, I wanted to note that Princess_Iza (the pet who hosts The Nursery) has been transfered to one of my side accounts. 6.2.06 The start of 'The Nursery' HOW TO GET A BABY PETBOOCHI:  The cheapest yet least effective way to get a Baby pet is from Boochi. He zaps pets on random events but he does miss sometimes too. Note: This only occurs on his random events, you cannot get a Baby Pet from battling him. THE PB:  A Baby Paint Brush is the most common and easiest way to get a Baby Pet. Baby Paint Brushes can be purchased at the Hidden Tower as well as in Auctions and Trades. MP'S:  Morphing potions are probably the most expensive way of getting a Baby Pet. They are considered a collectors item and tend to costs a lot more then the paint brushes. However, if you are trying to change the pets species as well as painting it baby, this may be the route for you depending on which one you are planning on using. They restock in the Potion shop, but are rare and hard to grab. They can be found in Auctions or Trades. FF:  The final way to get a Baby Pet is through the Fountain Faerie. The Fountain Faerie presents quests as all the other faeries do, but when you complete hers you get to paint one of your pets any color that you want. Her quests are rare but if you are lucky enough to recieve one of her quests it would most likely be cheaper then using a paint brush. If you are wondering about the labray, it cannot be done to acquire a Baby. There are certain colors that cannot be obtained from the labray and Baby is one of them. The other colors you cannot get from the labray are Royal, Plushie, Pirate, Usuki, and Quiguki. BABY ITEMSAll the items listed are related to the color Baby in some way. Whether it be a "baby" item, or something with a baby on it. Items that have the word 'baby' in it but are not related to the color baby, such as 'Baby Haystack' or petpets with the word baby in their name, will not be included on this list. WARNING: There were/are a small amount of items questionable on whether or not they are related to the color baby. I tried my best with the help of some neofriends to decide if those items are infact baby. I listed those we decided were baby and left out those that we were too unsure about.
