This Guide has two methods. Guide 1 is the cheap
and easy one, but requires more hitpoints to work.
Guide 2 is the more Expensive and requires a bit of luck.

Guide 1
Stats:

HP: 150 or over
Strength: 55 and above
Defense: 20 and above
Level:30+ or 50 if you want berserk

Equipment:

Snowglobe Staff- about 25000np
Fire Muffin x4- 2000np each
Scarab Ring - 2000np
Downsize- about 8000np
Thick Smoke Bomb - 10000np

Abilities:

Fierce Attack
Burrow [Earth Faerie ability: 4, level 10]
Fiery Gaze [Fire Faerie ability: 3, level 6]
OR
Diamiond Dust [Air Ability: 8, level 28]
Sink [Dark Ability: 8, level 30]

Strategy

TURN 1:
Fiery Gaze/Diamond dust † Scarab ring and Snowglobe Staff
[Fiery Gaze/Diamond Dust or Snowglobe
Staff must freeze, if not, withdraw, heal, and try again]
TURN 2:
Fire Muffin x2 † Fierce Attack
TURN 3:
Thick Smoke Bomb† Fire Muffin and Fierce attack
TURN 4:
Fire muffin † Downsize and sink.

TURN 5:
He should be dead, But if you are unlucky,
Try Burrow † Scarab Ring † Green frost cannon [if it's still there]

Guide 2

Stats: HP: 55 or over
Strength: 55 and above
Defense: 20 and above
Level: not needed unless you want berserk[lv50]

Equipment:

Scroll of Freezing- about 80,000np
Stone Muffin x5- 4000np each
Downsize- about 8000np
Thick Smoke Bomb - 10000np

Abilities:

Fierce Attack/Berserk
Burrow [Earth Faerie ability: 4, level 10]
Sink [Dark Ability: 8, level 30]

Strategy

TURN 1:
Use the Scroll of Freezing & a Stone Muffin & Burrow
TURN 2:
Stone Muffin & Stone Muffin & Fierce Attack
TURN 3:
: Thick Smoke Bomb & Stone Muffin & Fierce Attack
TURN 4:
: Stone Muffin & Downsize & Sink

Beat Him and you should get this:
