RULES

1. Limit the chatspeak. I am not a grammar fiend. That being said, too many lols and smiley faces and I get cranky. Just a personal thing.

2. Adhere to deadlines. If you need an extension, ask for one. If you don't ask, don't expect me to be sympathetic.

3. Petpage apps need a disclaimer saying I didn't force you - neomail apps and petpage apps are given equal weight.

4. Use the pet's gender. If you plan on changing the gender, tell me so near the beginning of your application.

5. Only ever NM Eponabus. Any foster-related NMs sent to a different account will be ignored. Applications should have the title 'Application - 'Petname'' and any questions should be labeled 'Question.'

6. Any NM apps more than three NMs long should be copy and pasted onto a blank petpage. I lose things. This way I won't! It's more for your welfare than mine.

7. Do not trade the pets that you apply for. No exceptions. If you no longer want the pet, please contact me and I'll take him or her in and try and find him or her a new home.

8. Have fun! If you have fun making an app, I tend to have fun reading it. So do yourself a favor and just relax and enjoy yourself!

Should I tell you that I'm applying?
You can if you want; I'm not going to penalize you for it. However, that doesn't count as you asking for an extension of a deadline. I don't start keeping track of your application until you're done with it and send it to me. If you want an extension, you have to ask for it explicitly.

What browser do you use?
Chrome or Firefox. My screen resolution is 1366 x 768.

I don't speak English/English isn't my first language/etc.
That's okay! Let me know you're not a native speaker and I'll make allowances - just try your best and don't sweat it! I speak Spanish, Italian, and Russian with varying levels of fluency, if that helps you at all.

Can I apply for _____ for my friend?
No, you may not. Thank you for asking.

What do you look for in an application?
This feels like cheating. I'm looking for whatever you're willing to give! Make an application to the best of your abilities. That's all I ask.

Can I reuse an app?
I have mixed feelings answering this question. Yes - you can reuse a character idea or theme or layout or all three or whatever. No - you may not send me an application for another pet of the same species/colour combo. At least tweak it in some way.

Can you change genders?
Yup yup. I've gots the power. I only have a lab ray on two of three accounts, so if you want a gender change it may mean a delay in when I can transfer the pet to you. But it can be managed and I'm willing to work with you C:

Do you prefer neomail or petpage apps?
Here are my two cents; it takes more skill and precision and talent to make a successful neomail app than it does to make a petpage app. I like neomail apps and petpage apps for their own separate merits. Just because you have a beautiful layout with lots of pictures doesn't mean I'll choose you. Similarly, just because you submit a neomail app does not mean I'll automatically give you brownie points just because you couldn't do some of the things common on petpage apps. Just pick the one you want to do - I will gladly read/look over either.
