Strengths:

Personality:
Sandy is generally a loving, caring, and gentle being. She has a very sweet disposition, almost to the point that it can be annoying. She's extremely affectionate, especially with her friends, and won't give a moment's hesitation to show just how much she loves them, even if it is an overly enthusiastic gesture. Sandy is also pretty clumsy, and sometimes even scatterbrained. Even with all of the hardships she has, is, and will be facing, she has still been able to sustain a content and happy life, with a few exceptional occasions, of course. She's very optimistic, and tries to look on the brighter side of life. However, due to past relationships and the way people have treated her, she doesn't trust people easily, and doesn't open up to people very much when it comes to her deep emotions; she saves moments like these with only her closest friends. She's also able to sustain her emotions well most of the time, so well to the point most of the time no one would ever guess something was wrong. She does this because she doesn't want to worry people. She's the type of person to put the feelings and desires of others before herself, normally acting on the behalf of the other person's well being rather than her own. She's always determined in everything she does, and always does the best she can when assigned a task. Although she does get discouraged, she always finds someway to hit the ground running. She can be rather humble and sometimes shy towards strangers, but that's not always true on every occasion; it really depends on her current mood. She especially opens up to those who are also humble and quiet, and becomes enthusiastic to boost the other's self esteem. When around close friends, she's completely off the wall hyper crazy. She especially becomes a nut when someone mentions cookies, and she has a strange love for ducks. She gets really annoyed when people look down on her as a lesser being, and this usually puts her in a bad mood. She's extremely spiritual, and has a strong sense of faith in her religion. She loves all things sweet, especially cookies and ice cream. She absolutely loves to dream and think about philosophies and ideas she has. To ponder on these thoughts, she goes to a large tree on top of a hard-to-get-to hill, which reminds her of a landmark from her old home. She has a hidden singing talent, and can play guitar pretty well. She's really just too shy to let anyone hear her sing or play, and even though people sometimes hear her voice in the distance, they never would have guessed that it was her. Her main goal in life is to gain respect from others, make the world a better place to be, and to help aid others through life. She's an all around good person, but like everyone else, she has her faults.

Backstory:
Sandy's past and existence, is rather difficult to explain. Her home planet, like most creatures, is Mobius. Her homeland is very well known, legendary and known all across the world as the "Territory of Silence". However, it's existence is only a legend to most. Although the name may seem daunting, the land beneath it is home to the most exotic, beautiful, and purest air, plants, and creatures, unharmed and unpolluted from the outside world. However, the reason why this region gained the name "Territory of Silence" is because of the field surrounding it. Not a visible one, but that created by the spiritual power from the civilization that thrives within the territory. They have literally set an invisible boundary between the modern world, and theirs. Yet, they still have been able to communicate with the outside world, and modernize over the years without causing damage to the ecosystem. They have a mixed people within their society, the general population consisting of echidnas, due to their known spirituality and peaceful nature, as well as their intelligence.
Sandy's mother descends from the ancient bloodline of Tikal, a great and wise princess from an ancient race of echidnas. The tribe, in ancient times, housed the spirit of an angel which would remain dormant in a host, lying in wait to awaken when the host clashed with a powerful opposing force. Somewhere along the bloodline, an echidna had earned their way into the Territory of Silence. Her father, on the other hand, came from a more brutal side of the bloodline. Another ancient tribe, known as the Detalla, the ancient meaning of Death, were the most powerful and intellectual beings in history. They had somehow created a spirit, one they thought they could use for war. The spirit, however, took a host like the angel had, and remained dormant for centuries. Unlike the tribe of Tikal, the Detella thought that the spirit was a failure, and decided not to keep track of the hosts in which the demon spirit was passed down to.The people of the Territory of Silence, however, thought that the creature would awaken when it clashed with the Angel of Light, the title of the angel they had given to the Angel resting in the house of the echidna tribe, due to the fact the monster was a form of pure darkness, conjured from [Heck] itself. And so, the prophecy was born. With these two spirits in one host, something horrible was bound to happen; a war would be fought for the control of the host if was actually controllable, creating chaos. And the host who would hold both of these spirits would be forever cursed for eternal suffering, pain, and would only survive on the hope for the next day, their prayers, and their wishing for true happiness. And so, the being who would possess both of these entities would be rightfully titled "The Child of Faith." And that being, was Sandy.

When she was born, her parents immediately sensed both of the powerful spirits. However, both of them remained dormant, Sandy being born a normal child. While Sandy grew, they taught her many things, and never thought again about the spirits within their daughter. The prophecy was false. Neither spirits had awoken within the little girl. Their daughter was safe. By the age of 7, she had already known the skills of how to survive on her own, still with her parents, of course. The rules of departing from parents still remained the same. She still remained naive to a lot of things, and was still extremely childish like most children her age. She was a happy girl, loving, silly, and thriving with hope and joy.
However, on the night of a special ceremony, her world was lost forever. In fact, someone from the Detella tribe, her father's bloodline, had been tracing the destination of the demon host, tracking it to their daughter. Sandy doesn't remember much of the event that evening, but with what little she does was enough to scar her for life.

A blinding bright light, a searing pain, screams everywhere, and what seemed like a torrent of blood.

When she had come to, everything and everyone was gone. All that was left of the once powerful civilization known as the Territory of Silence was an immense field of smoldering ashes and the remains of the temples. Terrified, full of anguish, confusion, and despair, she fled past the broken and shattered barrier, into an unknown forest, filled with unfamiliar scents, and very different from the purity of the existence she had known. She stumbled upon a small and distant village, found by another small child who brought her to his parents. She was brought to the elders, where she told them most of what had happened to her. She didn't tell them where she came from, or the identity of anyone she knew, such was the vow of her people. The council offered her a home, a vacant house close to the forest where. And so, she went to school like all of the others, learning and progressing. She lived alone in that house, sometimes being visited by the villagers. However, she was always marked as odd because of her intelligence, the fact that she refused to tell anyone where she came from, and because of her odd personality. The child that found her, going by the name of Iao, being the most compassionate, spent a lot of time hanging out with her. Dr. Quack, the local doctor, took quite a fancy to Sandy's intellectual abilities. For a short while, she became his assistant, quitting because she found the work too boring, and the fact that she had a weak stomach to the sight of blood and bad injuries.
Sandy, now at the age of 15, is traveling to find out the history and known knowledge of her tribe, hoping that by these means she would be able to find out what exactly happened to her family, and everything she had lost that day. She has met many great people, and has met many wonderful friends, who sadly usually can't stick around due to their own lives and problems. But yes, Sandy now lives a happy and fruitful life, although still haunted by her past. She will never forget that evening, whose images still haunt her in her sleep. She knows how lucky she is compared to many she has met, and always has an open and compassionate heart to them. But she can't help feeling that it will come to an end all too soon.

Sandy's body, if you have been paying attention at all, is occupied by three spiritual beings. Sandy, ironically, the neutral part of the three, is the strongest in comparison to the other two, although their abilities are a bit more extreme with their individual categories. She gains positives and negatives from the other two. The positive effects come from the creature's strength, and the Angel's pure soul and the ability to have a good understanding of the world around her. At first glance, Sandy may not look that powerful at all. But, inside her body, she has an immense amount of strength. The only way to release its full potential without losing her life is if she gets extremely, ultimately, angry, which has yet to happen. However, without her being in this state, she isn't normally extremely powerful physically, but can still hold her own in a fight, her legs being her most well tone muscles. However, she gains mellow and understanding personality traits from the angel, which is actually a constantly active being without actually interfering directly. The angel carries the personality of it's past owners, all being peaceful and understanding hosts. Without actually tainting her natural born mind, the angel gives her a sense of good and righteousness. She cannot, however, learn to use the strength unleashed by the other two spirits, nor can she control it at will. Being an evolved species and being raised through the pure environment of the Territory of Silence, her race has evolved much faster than those existing in the polluted and tainted atmosphere of the world outside the boundaries. With this extra stage of evolution, she has a longer tail than most echidnas, gaining strange spiritual abilities in the forms of telekinesis, and other related forms of super natural abilities. Tikal possessed many psychic capabilities, an early stage of this evolution. This was passed down through the bloodline, allowing the abilities to blossom and flourish. Sandy was unaware that she possessed these powers at first, but stumbled upon them when she was training with her sensei, Mogura. She has been learning how to use these abilities ever since.
