-invalid_words- My name is Noviox, and I am going to tell you about one of the most unusual things in Neopia, the Lab Ray!!! This petpage is designed to give an in-depth history of the Lab Ray, and all of the Good and bad things that it does, but first, let me tell you about me!!!

The Lab Ray!!!
The Lab Ray is owned and operated by an eccentric scorchio. Unsuspecting pets walk in, and are zapped by a bright light. It can change them into a handsome robot Aisha (like me) or a mutant Moehog. No one knows. It is there waiting for you pet to come and take its place. What will happen? Try for yourself and see, but be warned, anything can happen. Once you return from the Lab Ray, you can either thank or slap me, depending on what happens. I will wait for you to return, and then I will tell you about the next section, or if you don't have the Lab Ray, you can just go to the next section, how to get the Lab Ray.
How to get the Lab Ray
To get the Lab Ray, you need to collect all nine Secret Laboratory Pieces. They each cost about 45k, but can vary on the wiz. Sometimes Newbies will accidently price the pieces for 1np, or you can find them from a random event. After about 500,000 nps later, you will have the Lab Ray. You can zap your pet once a day, so choose wisely. You can also get a petpet Lab Ray, but I'll explain that later.

How much does the Lab Ray cost?
The prices can vary, but it usually costs between 400,000-500,000 Neopoints
Help! I can't make enough Neopoints to buy it!
My advice is to play games, games, and more games. Games are basicly free Neopoints, so try to pick games that give out a lot. Descruct-O-Match and Meerca chase give out a lot if you are good at them. Use Marilyn_Manson02's game guide to help you. Also you can restock and sell at a higher price to make a profit.
Can I have some of your Neopoints?
No, I worked hard to earn mine, and you can easily have as much.
How many times can you use the Lab Ray?
Once every day.
Can I use the Lab Ray each day with each pet?
No, only one pet can get zapped.
How can I get my petpet's to change color?
Use the petpet Lab Ray. It is cheaper, but you MUST already have the regular Lab Ray.
How can I get my pet to change into (insert color here)?
Buy a paintbrush, the chances of it happening are slim.
Stories of the Lab Ray
Here are some stories of Neopians that have had pets zapped by the Lab Ray. (All pets and stories are here by owner's permission)
dream_core-dream_core was a beautiful Christmas Kougra. One day, her owner took her to the Lab Ray and she got zapped into a Biscuit Kougra. The next time, she got turned into a spottd Kougra, and then she got turned into a blue buzz. Things went from bad to worse for this Kougra, but she is still optimistic about her future.
Someday I hope to turn into a different pet, and change into my dream color"

Haoniyaa-Haoniyaa was one of the lucky Lab Pets. She was a pretty green Hissi, when she was zapped. She turned Shadow, and she has stayed that way ever since. She will no longer be a Lab Pet.
I (rainbowadoptions2000, not my owner) created Aerrias as a blue shoyru, hoping she'd turn Faerie by the lab ray, and the fact that she loved shoyrus. She pounded her one day thinking she'd never turn Faerie, but something in her mind told me to re-adopt her. A few days later, the lab ray turned her Faerie! Never give up on your lab pet, something very fortunate could happen.

4th Day of Eating, Year 9

Guess what! I got the Lab Ray as a birthday present! Me! Always the outcast of my three siblings, I was singled out to get this ravishing gift. My brothers and sisters are all very interesting colors. Haoniyaa is a green Hissi, 1st_hissi2005 is a yellow Peophin, dream_core is a Christmas Kougra, and I, the least interesting of us four is a blue Aisha. Who would expect me to get this! I can't until tomorrow, I will finally become interesting, known for my rare color, and limited edition species.

No!!!! You wouldn't believe what I am now! A snot Aisha! Whenever I walk, little flecks of snot fly off and everyone around me snickers. I've had to go through the entire day with taunts of: "Need a tissue Snotty?
