The "Stripe" markings on Niltesh's skin roll and shift like clouds, usually very calmly, making it barely noticeable. But when nervous, upset, or using his powers, they "Boil" like storm clouds.

His electro-pips are his source of electrizity, and can be used simply as lights. They do not move around like his cloud markings.

His anthro form is usually shirtless, since getting shirts that accomidate his wings are hard.

His Anthro form has dark blue-grey hair, which is short and messy.
