NO kind of application is required, but if you wish do do one below are a few guidelines.
Something that is creative, shows me you actually care about the pet. That they are not just a collectors item. (For example a picture, a poem, a story...)
Please do not lie to me! I know no one is perfect, so don't say you are!
You have to have a Reason for wanting them, other than He is SOOO KEWL!! AND PRETTY!! OMG!!!!

You must send ALL Neo-mails to Nkiay. Do NOT neomail the account that has the pet, unless otherwise stated. The accounts are my sides used only for holding pets.
When you send the link to your app to me make sure it is titled with the name of the pet your are applying for.
Don't neomail me asking if you can make an app. If you have a question about what you can do with your app then neomail me.
