It is night, and you have barely regained your senses after a very disorientating teleport. You last vaugely remember being somewhere... you are not sure... maybe the lookup of a Green Uni... or a Beauty Contest entry... You cannot recall.
There is a rustle behind you. You spin around at such speed that you almost trip over yourself, but regain your balance by a hair.
In front of you is a mare. She has a chestnut hazel coat and strange green markings. Her wings are larger than normal and triple-jointed like an eagle's. Two long feathers coloured emerald come out of each wing. Her horn is bright green and she wears a golden necklace around her neck.

Hello guest," the mare says neutrally. You are suprised that she knows your (user)name.
Who are you?!" you reply, realizing with dismay that the panic in your voice has betrayed your feelings.
I am LegendStar," the mare replies simply. "I live around here; isn't it nice?" As if to prove a point she does a sweeping gesture and your eyes follow her to rest on a beautiful pond. The water sparkles and tinkles soothingly.
Oh, it's amazing!" you exclaim, smiling at Lega. The mare ducks her head slightly in acknowledgment.
Would you like a tour, guest?" She offers. You nod and gasp as you feel a tingle in your spine, and suddenly find yourself looking out of a horse's eyes. "I turned you into a Uni for the time being," Lega explains with a twinkle in her eye. "Now come on!
As you gallop, you begin remembering things. "Uh Legend, I thought you had no wings the last time I checked...
Instead of getting mad, Lega calmly nods. "Yes, I was born with no wings; go this way to read about it." (I reccomend you go read it before you continue this journey..)

Anyways, I managed to cope with the tragedy as time passed, and I grew to love my land instead of hating it for what happened on it. Tasau-Maen quickly restored as my mood improved; I was linked to the land; watching the land heal made me happy. So happy that, in fact, one day I dared to swim in the Lake of Healers. From the beginning of our race, the Lake has been the major part of a ritual to declare a Healing Mare apprentice a fully fledged Healing Mare. The Lake will refuse to allow any but a true Mare to swim in it without being bitten by the many aquatic PetPets living within.
Now since my Herd had been annihiliated(sp?) the Lake had sat untouched. I felt that it was a worthy risk to take if it would help the land.
So I stood on the edge of the water for hours looking down into the crystal clear depths, until at midnight I took the jump. The water was dizzyingly refreshing, but I thought it was a test of how well I could control myself. So I refused to let the water overcome me, and I suspect that was when it happened.
I suddenly lost all feeling, and I hung there submerged for who knows how long. Around sunup the next day, however, I found that I could move again. As I climbed up onto the shore I knew something was different. First, my hooves had wispy feathers. Second, my markings had changed. (!!) Third, a emerald green feather had landed on my nose.
I sneezed, and the sudden convulsion caused all my muscles to jerk. And... that included my new wings. I screeched in fright and began flapping like mad, not realizing that I had wings until I had exhausted myself!
A voice from the heavens interrupted my incredulous joy. 'LegendStar, Mage of Time, protect and preserve this land.' That was what I heard.
Lega smiles wanly. "Ever since, I have been able to cast magic of Air, Earth, Light, and Fire." She suddenly stops short, and you find that you are standing by a large stone with little numbers engraved upon it.

Lega shrugs. "These are my stats I guess. We'll be going here later if you want an in-depth description of me.. Though I wonder why you'd need that other than to draw me a fanart.

Lega tosses her head. "I may not have any Beauty Contest trophies, but I am on the way!" She raises her head a bit higher. "This is what I have so far.

Sighing, Lega passes by her award. "It's still a block of melted gold; I'm trying to figure out the best way to craft it into a trophy for people to win.
