Icy Tips

Getting an Ice Pet - There is currently only one way to get an ice pet, short of adopting one from someone. You can only get them from a lucky zap from the lab ray.

Getting an Ice Bori - There was once a yahoo toolbar deal in Neopia, and if you downloaded it and installed it you were given the opportunity to make an ice bori, or morph an existing pet into one. (This is how I was made, Hanmyou was lucky enough to download the toolbar and was given the chance to make me.)

Terror Mountain Goodies - Once a day you can get a Winter Random Event on Terror Mountain! You can get anything from a Christmas Paint Brush to getting your pet hit with a snowball. It's well worth a try!
