Application form
In the neomail you must incluse the following:
Your uni or peophin's full name on neopets (including underscores and numbers)
What sort of adoptable you would like (peophin, uni or headshot),
Where a reference picture can be found,
If you don't have a reference picture a detailed description of your uni,
Any special jewellery your uni wears.
