Q: How do I get a Draik?
A: The methods are plentiful! Below this F.A.Q you can find some methods in which to gain a Draik.
Q: Can I submit my Draik to the list?
A: Of course you can. Simply mail your Draik name and color to me , and I'll be more than happy to add it.
Q: Can I submit the name of my pet that isn't a Draik? I plan to morph in the future...
A: Sorry, it would be too hard to keep track of. The page is for Draiks that are in their dragonesque form right now. In the same manner, please submit your Draik as the color it is right now. I can always update it if you change.
Q: How often is this list updated?
A: Once a week or so.
Q: Can I lab zap a Draik?
A: This depends on who you ask. I've heard of it happening twice, both times were long, long ago, one owner even mentioned to me that they suspected it had been a glitch in the lab. TNT have said it's possible, but without any evidence or screenshots, I would rather not say yes or no to the question either way.
Q: What if my Draik changes color?
A: It happens to the best of us! If this is the case, just drop me a neomail, and I'll move your Draiks name to the correct category. We wouldn't want to mix them up! (Feel free to do this also if your Draik changes species!)
Q: What if my Draik is twice painted, what do I submit the colour as?
A: Please submit under whatever your draiks base colour is. If your draik is, for example, desert wearing royal clothes, submit as desert.
Q: I tried to submit my Draik to your directory, but your inbox was full.

Q: Does owning or viewing a Draik give me an avatar?
A: Sure does! Below you can see the "Mutant Draik, Back Off!" avatar, and the "Draik, Hatched!" avatars.
 
Q: Can I get the Mutant Draik avatar from any draik here?
A: Just glance at one of the Draiks listed under the Mutant category, and you should be one avatar richer!
Q: What about the Hatched avatar?
A: Sorry, you need to have a Draik in your account for that one! Why not save up, and get your very own scaly, fire breathing companion today? When you've done that, have the Draik as your active pet, and visit The Draik Nest. |
Getting Your Draik
The Morphing Potion Method
The Draik Morphing Potion. You can find these on the Trading Post, Auctions, or even in the Magic Store (If you're very fast, and very lucky!). The potions are expensive, and seem to go up in price based on the color of the potion. Plushie Draik Morphing Potion remains the most expensive, as none are for sale the majority of the time. Please check Draik Domain news at the top of the page for the information on this issue!
Method Two
The Draik Egg. These come in four basic colors, or the rather costly Darigan Draik Egg, which runs about 10 million NP on the Trading Post or Auctions. As of Draik Day '07, you can also find the rare Ice Draik Egg sold in Meridell. If you happen to be lucky, they on rare occasion, restock at the Meridell Food Shop. Once you have a Draik Egg, you need to have less than four pets, and take the egg to The Draik Nest for it to hatch into a Draik! Draik Eggs are one time use, and the gender of your pet will be random. You can, however, chose the name. It's also been brought to my attention that completing an original treasure map gives the very RARE chance of winning a Draik Egg. I wouldn't count on this method though!
Method Three
This vile potion is given out in a random event by the vicious Doctor Sloth. The "Draik Transmogrification Potion" is a pretty wished for random event! Worth about eight million and up on the trading post or in auction, this potion will change your existing pet into a Mutant Draik. Remember, if you don't want Mutant, you can always paint the Draik something else later.
