» SPAM - Short, Pointless, Annoying Message. Messages consisting of just "hi" and/or "hey" are also considered spam. Messages that say "Is anyone here?" is considered spam since if people are there, they will be talking, so it's pretty useless. Writing consecutive messages without having people respond to you is also spam, since you are bascially talking to yourself. Try to include more thoughtful and longer messages to prevent the boards from overflowing. Having just a smilie in a message is also spam, since it's a waste of a message. Generally, the guild is pretty generous on this, and will gladly overlook SPAM if it doesn't happen too often. It just gets very annoying if it happens many times. As a basic rule, have messages with a purpose and that are at least two sentences long. (=

» Absolutely NO messages that beg for items and/or neopoints are allowed on the message boards. If you wish to advertise your shop or some type of fund you're collecting, then please put it in your siggy. You may not ask anyone to pay you for making them a background or userlookup or anything of that sort. If you wish to help people out by doing it for free, then that's fine, but asking for neopoints is not allowed on the message boards. Not only is is annoying, but you can get reported for that. )=

» As long as you do not break the rules, or be seriously annoying in anyway (ie SPAM), nothing else is required of you. We do not kick out unactive members, and you don't need to post to stay in the guild (though we would love to hear from you!) Donations will NEVER be mandatory, (and if a guild ever asks you to donate to stay in the guild, report them immediately!) and our activites/games are there only if you want to play them.

» It's specifically someone's job to raise ranks, so be patient, as not anyone with admin powers can do it. And if you haven't been promoted yet, it may be because the messages you have posted are mainly short ones, consisting of a few words only. These messages won't count towards your promotion. xP

» All games are for those members who are beyond the default rank. Some games, like random giveaways require YOU to pick up your prize (it won't be sent to you). And usually there is a time period for you to pick it up, and if you haven't by then, it's too late. No prize for you. However, the time period is usually pretty long, so jut check back to see if you've won every couple of days. You can only win prizes for games that are currently on. So only play the games that say are being held on the games room page. Games that are NOT listed on that page (including the games in the "answers section") should not be played.

» Be friendly, active, and you should probably have gotten to a high rank. When the time comes and position become available, those who have been the the guild for a while and have shown how great they are will be offered the position.

» The pets in the guild adoption center were either donated generously by the members or from guild accounts with lab maps on them. We do not individually paint the pets, that would be waaaay too expensive. Thus, we don't have any control over what colo(u)r or species they may be. It's all luck (=

» Any abuse of rules should be reported to anyone on council, and/or subcouncil. Spamming once in a while does not matter, but if it happens everyday, then it's definitely worth telling council/subcouncil about, and maybe even reporting. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the guild in the best shape posible.
