Japanese

The basic words/phrases of the Japanese language.
Konnichiwa:(Kon/ne/che/wa) Hello or good afternoon.
Ohayo(O/hi/yo) Good morning. If speaking in a formal manner add gozaimasu(goz/i/mas) to the end-Ohayo gozaimasu.
Konbanwa:(Kon/ban/wa) Good evening.
Hajimemashite:(Ha/je/me/ma/sh/te) Nice to meet you.
Watashi wa(Your name here) desu:(Wa/ta/she/wa _ de/s) I am (your name here).
Genki desu ka:(geng/ke _ de/s _ ka)How are you? Note-Remove the ka and that is the anwser to the question. Genki desu-I'm good.
Maamaa:(ma/ma)so-so.
Saiaku:(Si/ya/ko)not good.
