I take mainly boards screenies because in my opinion screenies should be either funny or then they should be used just to brag how you got paint brushes from different events. I will never understand why some people take screenies of how they got nothing out of fruit machine. Those are 90% of time not funny or interesting at all. People who can draw those spiffy little pictures to their screenies and thus make their boring normal event screenies hilarious are exception. I myself can't draw them at all so I wont even try.

I also dislike scribling all over my screenies. Good and funny screenie should be self explanatory. If I must write long explanation why certain screenie is funny, then it most likely isn't funny at all. I also find it pointless to write LOL in every screenie. So don't bother complaining that plain screenies are boring.

I know that some of my screenies are funny only to me and few people who remember the incident and are in inner circle, I wont delete those screenies because of that. I also take screenies mostly from HC, so people who don't visit it regularly and understand the "unwritten rules" and "normal behavior" there most likely don't get the joke. I take screenies from other boards too, its just that I like HC best.

Yes, I might screenie whole conversations if I find them funny enough or if I otherwise need to write long explanation to why screenie is funny. Bear with it.

I usually don't bother to ask about leaving names visible, thats why I can go through lots of time just to make sure that all names from messages and signatures are erased.

I don't get the idea of pound screenies either, I have few anyway. I don't usually bother to poundsurf and I admit that some of the poundsurf screenies are auri96s, if she ever bothers to make screenie page of her own those will be deleted from this page and removed to hers.

I don't bother with sniping screenies either, I think I will eventually remove that one I currently have.

I dislike screenie pages that are unorganized. Having some fruit machine screenies and then one board screenie and then tombola screenie is just so annoying that I usually quit looking that kind of pages after few minutes. If you like that sort of screenie pages good for you. I also like screenies being centered and background being single colored, that makes reading and focusing easier.

I'm using MS Paint to make screenies so don't bother to complain that you can't make proper screenies with that. Its not so difficult to cut the needed part from the rest of screenie and open different Paint window to edit the actual screenie. Read Shingie's Screenie Editing Guide, it has helped me alot. There is no need for people to be able to see your browsers toolbar and what other windows you had open while you took the screenie.

I'm not saying that I'm the best screenie maker around and that my way of making screenies and arranging them on my page is the only right way. I'm just stating my opinions. I like to give positive feedback to other users about their screenie pages. If you ask for a out of ten rating and I instead give advices and links to different guides, that means that rating is so low that you don't want to see it. I also tell why I rated as I rated. I find it annoying that some people just say "nice" or "I didn't like" but don't tell any reason why they thought it was nice or why they didn't like it. Its not so difficult to say "Layout looks nice and commentary was funny" or "Text was so small that it was difficult to read". When you tell clearly what you liked and what you didin't like the owner of the screenies can then improve if they feel like it.
