Can I make a lab ray log for my pet like yours?

If you understand how to code it yourself, go ahead. Don't use my images, but feel free to make something similar.
You can look at my code, but don't copy it exactly. I've taken a rather complicated approach (with a lot of CSS to save space), but it's all HTML-tables at the bottom.
I will not give you the code, or help you with it when you can't get it to work. It's too complicated for that. You can use it if you understand it.

Can you teach me HTML?

Can you teach me to fly a jumbojet? No, seriously; no. I'm a lousy teacher, I don't like teaching, and HTML is not something that can be explained in a few simple words. The Neopets HTML Guide is actually very good. If you read it all, and try out the examples there, it will help you a lot.

If the problem is that you can't get your "scrolly-boxes" to go in the right spots; no. Find some other way to do your layout, or ask someone else.

Wow, you've been on neo since the beginning! Are you/do you know the staff?

I really did start playing neopets just 11 days after it first went live, but I am in no way associated by neopets staff, I don't know them, they are not my friends, I'm not one of them, I don't get special favours, I don't have special contacts. Basically; I'm just a normal player, same as the newbie who started playing 2 days ago.

How did you get so many neopoints?

Well, first of all: I do not have many neopoints. I'm a spender by nature. But the points I have, I mostly get from playing games, random events and doing the daily activities.

You named your pet after yourself? Are you a complete ego-trip?

If it makes you happy: Yes.

Can you give me np or items?

If I felt like giving you something, I already would have.
I do, as a matter of principle, never give anything to people who ask/beg for it.
However, on a good day, I might help friends or random people with quest items, or other small gifts.

Can I borrow your Jetsam/Coconut Jubjub/Slorg/Mootix/Grey Pet?

No! You can not borrow any of my pets, for any reason.

You have the labray, can you paint a pet for me?

No. I do foster pets, but when I put a pet in the pound (which I've done many times over the last two years), they are available for anyone to adopt. There's no way to ensure that a certain person gets a pet through the pound, so I don't try. I feel it's more fair that way.

Can you get me the Maths Nightmare Avatar?

No, that would be breaking the rules. And anyway I had to try for a long time to even get if for myself; I don't think I ould do it again.

Can I join your guild?

No. It's not a real guild. It's just something I set up to match my lookup, and to keep people from bothering me with their guild invites. I do not want members. Not even members who have read the above and understand that the guild is a joke.

Will you be my neofriend?

I have requests blocked for a reason, but that does not mean I'm completely opposed to the idea of adding some more friends. Still, the answer is probably no. I'm very selective about neofriends, I only want serious players and people I like and respect on my list. Call me snobby if you like, but I don't want "fans".

Can you introduce me to Jazz?

Why don't you introduce yourself? He's a nice guy, and he reads all neomail.

Why didn't you reply to my neomail about ***?

If your neomail was using proper grammar, decent punctuation, and at least an honest attempt at correct spelling, I probably just forgot. I'm a messy person with memory like a sieve; please mail me again to remind me.
If you left out one of more of the netiquette-rules above, I suggest you try them, and write to me again.
