RANDOM EVENTS
I just love this random event! *Feels greedy*
Not much, but I'm still getting the feeling that I'm getting less than ghosts are stealing.
To tell you the truth, I think the little blob of a pant devil is pretty cute ;D
At least this is better than my friend, who got her faerie PB zapped into a pile of sludge...
That is my THIRD lime jelly stolen in a random event... do they even eat them??
They should write in the Gallery of Evil that villains have a soft spot for jellies, especially lime.
In fact, if you visit Elegon's screenies, they DID do just that :P

It's ridiculous really, the price of Draik eggs these days... and all the kadoaties in the kadoatery are crying for them too o_O
I actually had nightmares about Boochi the night that I got this.
Needless to say, not long after I arranged for Orthia to be created to protect Artemis.
If I went to all that trouble saving up for a Pirate pb for Artemis only to have Boochi zap him...
Believe me, I would be VERY, very upset.
*Sigh* I guess it will make up for some of the times that I went to the Snowager and got blasted. :P
You know, I've always wondered what the point of this random event WAS.

This whole thing about beasts eating Neopets is getting pretty old ~_~
To be honest, I don't get too much luck especially in Tombola. Must cherish the moments that I do.

This was a really weird bug. Even now I don't know what the snowman looks like.

I couldn't stop laughing when I took this. People go to extreme lengths to make themselves look impressive sometimes.

Traits that would enable you to enlist for the Neopets' Worldwide Landlubber-Be-Gone competition:
(1) If you're so thick that you would gamble when it's clearly risking your money
(2) If you are lying, but manage to find an excuse as pathetic as gambling
(3) Gambling/using gambling as an excuse, then begging on the Neoboards
(4) Begging because you've tried to do a quest you can't afford because you lost your money gambling.

The very first time I painted Artemis Pirate!! *Hugs and kisses everyone in joy*
And the first time I turned Agrotora into a Krawk! WOO!
Yeah, I've kept the Mystery Kougra Paw there from my newbie days. Never left my inventory.
And the miniature Tiki Tack man is obviously for my pets to play with, lol.
I keep telling myself that she'll be the last Pirate pet. Now, I very much doubt it :P
C'mon, you can have four pets per account and I only have three on that one! I guess I'll save up for another pirate…

Hello guest! I am Artemis961 the Pirate Shoyru! I used to be (and was born as) a Blue Shoyru, but my owner frostyninetales ended up painting me this color because of her obsession with Pirates (and you can't deny that Pirate Shoyrus like me are VERY adorable). It was quite embarrassing really... once my clumsy owner made me play with a magical plushie and turned me into a yellow poogle... and as a result, she had to borrow 60 thousand neopoints from her friend kari_crystal_kamiya (my partner-in-crime's owner) in order to turn me blue again. Luckily, this was before I was painted Pirate. And she still is too bum poor to return the money, seeing as she spent more than a million neopoints to buy the paint brush that painted me... *sigh*
Anyway, I may be one of the older neopets (considering that there are many new pets being born) but I'm still young (66229 hours old). My owner is very strict with all my statistics, knowing how many owners are becoming competitive with their pets' battledome stats. My intelligence is currently 95; I know it's not much but yes, I'm still working on it. (And it's definitely not good enough to beat my partner-in-crime emerald_safire, considering she's got a higher intelligence than me... but she's older, and she's female - so I'll try to use that as an excuse). My owner Frosty would like to save up for another Pirate Paint Brush to paint a Pirate Draik (when it's released), but the silly girl just conveniently happens to be poor...
Alright, fine... well since my owner Frosty is currently glaring at me for calling her poor, I can admit she's not as poor as I make it out, though she's not as far as rich either. Her money's spent on all those Codestones and Dubloons, you know (and Pirate Paint Brushes *rolls eyes*) with that egotistical ambition of hers to get my battledome stats as high as possible even though I'd only been in one disastrous battledome fight in my life. If you want to have a practice fight with me, I will happily oblige; I need a bit of practice myself, seeing that my statistics are not currently put to use. Just neomessage Frosty if you are really willing, she'll attend to all calls.
Right! Back to the issue of being poor (no, we're not begging, keep on reading) yes, all she'd wanted for a-majority-of-her-being-on-neopets-time (she's too lazy to calculate the exact number; and I wouldn't know :P) was a paint brush, and the paint brush she painted me with was the second paint brush she had ever bought (kind of pathetic really). She still wants to buy a Pirate Paint Brush to paint her future Pirate Draik, by the way! Some of those people are ridiculous, selling their paintbrushes for about 4 mil; they don't realize that other people aren't that rich. It already took her long enough to save up for this first Pirate Paint Brush, and now that she's going all hazy-eyed thinking about a Pirate Draik (which isn't even released yet!), we just hope that it won't take as long as it did this first few times. If you have a good deal on your Pirate Paint Brush, don't hesitate to neomail Frosty.
