By making an application for one of my special little pets, you are making the decision to follow all the Neopets rules and the fact that you are giving up your free time and effort to make a wonderful (hopefully) application for a pet you might not even get. The only neopoints that you will spend is the amount of neopoints the pound charges for adopting a pet. I also cannot guarantee that the new owner I choose will get the foster pet as once the pet goes into the pound, the pet is up for grabs by anyone. I also want to inform you that if you are applying for a pet, you are in NO WAY breaking a rule.

RULES

I'll just get to the point since this is why you are here right? Please have an account that is at least 4 months old if the pet you are adopting is painted. This is not my rule, it is TNT's. Have room for a pet. I won't allow you to abandon a pet just to get a new one. They need your love too! Please don't just say "I want that pet". I can not tell you how may of these I have gotten and you will NOT get them if you do this. And most of all give him/her the best home you can!

• You may not put the pet right back in the pound because that kinda kills the point.
• Do not refer to to the pet as an "it" because you will not get him or her.
• I WILL adopt out to very active sides.
• You do not have to be a member of my guild.
• Send all neomails to pool05woof99 unless otherwise said!! Tell me why you want the pet, what you plan to do with the pet (paint them, zap them, train them)
• I can gender change, but only if there are not 4 pets on the account goldenwoof99. If you will or want me to change gender, put it somewhere in your app.
• Put some where in your application "squishy dolphins are awesome" so I can make sure you read the rules. If you put it in creatively you earn points.
• You can make either a petpage app or a neomail app. You have a better chance with petpage, but I have had people adopt with a neomail app! You decide what you want to do, but if you want some help with this, check out our guide below!!
• If you refer to me during the app, call me Kaspi.
• I love art, so having art is a major plus!! It does not have to be good since I am just about the worst artist ever, but just something that showed you tried is great! There are extra things other than this that you can do to make your application even more spiffy. :)
• You don't have to roleplay if you don't want to, I know a lot of people that don't like roleplaying.
• I also want to know what are your side accounts, what is your main account and what account you would adopt on. Thank you for your cooperation!!

  Guide

  To help you decide what kind of application you want to make, we have made a guide!!

  If the pet has one ~ sign next to it, that means the foster would like a very simple neomail application. For this, 1-3 paragraphs are OK.

  If the pet has two ~ signs next to it, that means the foster wants a simple neomail app, 3-6 paragraphs are fine.

  If there are three ~ signs next to the pet, that means the foster wants a very good neomail app, 5-8 paragraphs. A link to art or some graphics are nice.

  If the pet has one * sign next to it, it means the foster wants a very simple petpage application, just a couple of paragraphs.

  If the pet has two * signs next to it, the foster want a pretty good petpage application, artwork, poetry and anything else like that is basically a must.

  If the pet has three * signs next to it, that means the owner wants a absoloutly great petpage application. At least 4 paragraphs.
