Hello everyone, my name is Antarras. I am a White and Black Peodraik. I used to be a wild looking Disco Shoyru until I had a bit of a run in with a bad magic spell.

There really isn't much to my story, but before I begin I must give you a very important message. My mom sweetmysticnight would like everyone to know that she did all my graphics on her own and that NOONE is to take them.

Now on with the story.....

While I was a Shoyru, I would go visit different areas of Neopia. My sister Mysticnyt would always come with me, just in case I got into trouble. BUT, Mom would usually find us both in some sort of trouble when she got tired of waiting for us to come back home. I must say that mom has been very patient with both of us, and especially with my brother Graephus, but you'll find out more about him on his page.

Like I was saying, my sister and I would always find some way to cause a mess of anything or get into a situation we can't seem to remove ourselves from. Mom would have to save the day, pay for any damages or make apologies and then when we get home we are usually grounded for a few days. This cycle is never ending and I can tell you that most of the money mom makes on games and things go to damage control.

One day my sister went with my mom to go find Graephus. This left me home alone, which didn't take long for me to leave and go exploring a few of my favorite places around Neopia, one of them being the labray. Unfortunately one of my favorite places to visit was also being visited by the Dark Faerie Jhudora.

As I was watching several pets get zapped and laughing at some of the results, Jhudora was talking with Dr. Death in the corner. I tried to move quietly as I made my way closer to the labray, but in passing one of the tables I accidentally bumped into the corner and knocked over a few of the bottles. Causing them to smash all over the floor.

When I heard shouting from behind me, I immediately jumped into the air and beat my wings as fast as I could to try and make a hasty retreat. I took a quick peek over my shoulder to see what they were doing, when I noticed Dr. Death aim the raygun towards me and Jhudora pushing the fire button. The next thing I knew, I am surrounded by a bright white light and screaming in pain. My body feels as if it is burning with fire and I plummet to the hard stone floor below.

When I open my eyes sometime later I glance over and see my mom sitting beside my bed, reading softly from one of her many books. As I shift to find a more confortable position my mom turns and looks straight into my eyes. I can tell she has been crying because her eyes are all red and puffy. I try to situp and comfort her but me hind legs won't work like they are supposed to.

I raise my hand to touch my moms face, but I get a great shock when instead of my clawed fingers, I see a horses hoof. My face must have shown my surprise because my mom scoops me into her arms and while she is hugging me she tells me what happened back at the lab.

It seems that when Dr Death pointed the ray at me, he had intended to change me from my Shoyru self into either a Peophin or a Draik, but as Jhudora pressed the fire button she decided to add a bit of her magic to give the spell a boost. The science and magic together made the machine twist the spell and when it hit me it went haywire.

Mom had to go on many, many quests for Jhudora after that and she also had to help clean up the laboratory for Dr. Death because of the mess I had made on the floor. But he did heal me as much as he could and allowed mom to take me back home.

It has taken a bit of time to get used to this new body. I am not used to the larger wingspan of a draik, nor the hooves and fin of a peophin instead of claws and a tail of a shoyru. I do kind of like the change because now I am only one of a few of this species, so that makes me feel special.

I still go running around with my sister from time to time, but I no longer get into trouble. I like to go visit some of my favorite places in Neopia, but I no longer go visit the labray and when mom goes to Jhudora's to do a quest I don't tag along.
