--[ The Storyline ]--
Introduction:
Before reading this section, be sure to have read through the 'Characters' section above. This is my original telling of the general storyline of the plot.
As with every plot, the general storyline of this latest plot can be guessed at by observing the Darkest Faerie Plot TCG's and other images and hints around the neopets site. We are able to speculate even further for this plot with the release of the Darkest Faerie PS2 game. For this guide I chose not to include all the story from the game but rather a brief prelude to Tor and Roberta's quest deduced from TCG pictures and quotes.
Please forgive me if I've taken some creative licence, the complete story should be revealed soon at any rate.

The Story:
Once, long ago there was a peaceful and prosperous city by the sea. Altador was a land of magic, art, philosophy and science. Educated scolars studied the skies and the seas. Watched over by twelve divine figures know as the Twelve Protectors, it seemed Altador would continue to grow.
The Twelve Protectors worked together, each with their own unique gifts and skills to better Altador.
There was King Altador, The Hunter who ruled the city with wisdom and justice, Jerdana, The Protector who used her knowledge of magic, Marak, The Wave who calmed the seas and guided ships, Gordos, The Collector who governed taxes, Florin, The Farmer who watched over the forests and fields, Fauna, The Gatherer who watched over all petpets, Kelland, The Thief who monitored the underworld, Siyana, The First to Rise who bathed the city in sunlight, Psellia, The Dreamer who brought peaceful nights, Torakar, The Gladiator who kept defences strong, Sasha, The Dancer who entertained the city and Jennumara , The Sleeper who had the gift of immortality.
After some years, the Twelve Protectors began to falter in their duties. All but Jennumara were aging. Jennumara realised that she would one day be the only protector left and that she would have complete control over Altador.
The more Jennumara thought about this prospect, the more she believed that she should have complete control before the other Protectors aged even more. Jennumara began to formulate a plan to seize the control she desired. Jerdana learned of her plan and for her treason, the Faerie was banished from Altador.
Hatred grew in Jennumara until she emerged as the Darkest Faerie with another plan to seize control over Altador. She attempted to created a blanket of evil that would plunge the fair city of Altador into eternal darkness.
Jerdana responded with great magic, sealing off Altador in another time and demension, forever cut off from the rest of Neopia, but ensuring the Dark Faerie could not wreak her evil on the fair city.
The Faerie Queen then used her magic to banish Jennumara to Jerdana's Orb for all eternity. The Darkest Faerie instantly turned to stone and, dropping from the edge of Faerieland, fell into the deep depths of Maraqua. But the eternity was not to be, for the magic of Jerdana's Orb began to weaken over the centuries....
One thousand years later the stone statue's eyes glowed suddenly red. The stone began to shake and crumble and the magic that had held the great evil for so long gave way. The Darkest Faerie had escaped her entrapment!.
Furious that her plan had failed again, The Darkest Faerie had had a thousand years to plan her revenge but with Altador still in in the time bubble, she turned her sites on the rest of Neopia.
Gathering dark forces to her side, the Faerie began to cover the land in a thick purple cloud that tainted everything it touched with darkness and decay.
In the Kingdom of Brightvale, Roberta, the niece of King Hagan, sets off on the Uni Solarin to deliver a message. Just past the last of Brightvale's farmland, Roberta and Solarin turn to see Brightvale shrouded in an ominous purple cloud. Alarmed, Solarin urges Roberta to keep riding as the purple spreads.Solarin with Roberta atop runs from the spreading cloud.
All of a sudden Solarin rears up and Roberta is thrown off him. A young Lupe clad in armour below catches her before she hits the earth. Looking up, Roberta sees a Purple Uni with glowing red eyes and withered wings flying off into the dark sky…

--[ Chapter Summary ]--
Once the plot has officially started, this section will contain all comments and interesting notes that come with each new chapter release. Reading this section will hopefully be the best way to keep up with current ideas reguarding the plot puzzle or storyline.
--[ The Puzzle Steps ]--
Completing the Puzzle:
Once you have found and explored Altador, it's time to get moving on the plot steps. An editorial answer has confirmed that this plot is not a war plot, making it a puzzle plot simmilar to the recent Lost Desert Plot.
The more steps you complete, the more points you get towards a trophy for your lookup. At the end of the plot, the points you have earnt can be exchanged for listed gifts - just like the Lost Desert Plot.
There also may be avatars that you recive for doing higher steps and there may also be a sidebar theme for taking part in the plot.
--[ STEP 1 ]--
Find the Hall of Heros by following the directions in the Exploring Altador section.
The Hall of Heroes is a monument to the great legends of Altador. Twelve enormous statues stand in a circle, King Altador foremost among them.
Once in the Hall, click on the Yurble in the backgound to see him more clearly.
You approach the janitor. He looks strangely familiar.

'Well hello," he says. 'Pretty hall we got here, eh? Lovely statues. Too bad it's so dimly lit. I think this button here is supposed to do something, but I can't figure out what.'
Why is he so fammiliar? Why it's our favourite Foreman/ Chef Yurble of course! Click on the button to push it.
You push the button. Nothing appears to happen.

Click continue to find yourself face to face with a very angry Foreman/ Chef/ Janitor Yurble.
I TOLD YOU! It doesn't do anything!! Why did you push it anyway?! RAARGH!!' The janitor flails his mop around angrily.
--[ STEP 2 ]--
Leave the Yurble fuming and pay a visit to Finneus the Archivist in his Office.
The archivist says, 'Yes, that button in the Hall of Heroes... the janitor has spoken to me about it. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do, either, or how to fix it... perhaps there's a book here in the archives that might tell me something.'
Click on the book he is using to prop up his desk. You will see the book in closer detail. Click continue to go back to Finneus.
The archivist says, 'You can't have that book! I'm using it to stabilise the table.'

The archivist says, 'Yes, I'm using that book to stabilise this table. The bottom of the table leg is perfectly flat, but it's exactly three inches short. If only I had something to replace it...'
--[ STEP 3 ]--
Return to Altador to find the Rock Quarry by clicking on the trees at the bottom of the map.

This quarry, on the edge of Altador, seems to be filled with nothing but perfectly flat rocks."

Two quarry workers argue in the quarry. 'It's a perfectly flat rock quarry!' one shouts. 'No, it's a perfectly flat rock quarry!' shouts the other.
Leave the Jubjubs alone and click on the flat rock to pick it up.
You find a Perfectly Flat Three-Inch Rock. How extraordinary!

Gee, a Perfectly Flat Three-Inch Rock, how is that for co-incidence?
--[ STEP 4 ]--
Return to Fineus in his Office. Click the book holding up the table for a second time to replace it with the rock and click continue.
You replace the book with the Perfectly Flat Three-Inch Rock. It's an exact fit, and the table is completely stable!

The book should now be up on the pedestal. Click on it to view it, then click where the page corners are 'dog-eared' to flip the pages. As Finneus says, there is only a prolouge so far.

The archivist says, "What a fascinating book. It appears to be completely blank, except for a prologue! Why would someone print a mostly blank book?"
--[ STEP 5 ]--
Make your way back to the Hall of Heros and once again visit the Yurble. He has calmed down now and has some suggestions.
You know, maybe the gears have just gotten dirty or seized up, it's been so long since the button was used. If there were some way to grease the gears, the button might do something again.
Go back to the Hall and visit each statue until you find a jar of oil and a rag.
Behind the statue's base, you notice a jar of oil and a rag.

Take the oil and rag to the janitor and press the button again.
Oh, you found the oil I use to polish the plaques! Good idea! Maybe it can free up the gears. Go ahead and put some on the button mechanism, and we'll see what happens."
You push the button. Suddenly, gears begin to grind, and the great ceiling above you opens up, admitting much more light to the room!

Click continue to see the Yurble angry again. Return to the Hall to see it lighter.
A set of stairs has appeared. Click on the stairs to continue to the observetory.
After climbing hundreds of stairs, you find yourself in some kind of dome-shaped room atop the Hall of Heroes.

--[ STEP 6 ]--
If you now return to the Archives (going around in cirles aren't you?) there is now a new flyer on the message board for the Astronomy Club! Click on the flyer to see what it has to offer.
You look at the flyer on the bulletin board. It seems to be advertising an Astronomy Club!
Join the Astronomy Club! With your very own telescope, learn to search the heavens for interesting cosmological phenomena, see ancient nebulae, and identify constellations!

The president of the Astronomy Club welcomes you warmly. 'Our Astronomy Club is growing by the day! Apparently we're the only club in Altador that's actually accepting new members at the moment.
Finally a club that you can join eh? Join it if you are planning to follow the next steps of the plot.
The Astronomy Club is a place where Neopians can learn all about the cosmos. Stars, planets, comets, asteroids, constellations, nebulae... they're all out there waiting to be discovered.

The president of the Astronomy Club waves as you enter the astronomy lab. 'Hey, thanks for coming! We're really happy you joined the club. In fact, as a new member, we've got a special gift for you...

...your very own telescope! It's just a basic model, but it will let you look up at the stars. You'll just have to find somewhere reasonably high-altitude to use it.
--[ STEP 7 ]--
Take your telescope to the Observatory and click on the telescope mount in the center of the room.
You place your telescope onto the mount, and aim it up at the heavens. Remarkable!

Once you have your telescope up you are ready to map out the heavens! Use your cursor (the pen) to click on a star and drag the purple line to join it with the next star. When you have joined 6 stars, the submit button appears, click it to check your findings.

--[ MAPPING YOUR STARCHART ]--

The user fairi_dream_forest has saved us all some time with her ingenuity! Thankyou heaps!
. The first step is to always visit Finneus.Be sure to add Fairi's page to your favourites so you can get back at any time.
--[ STEP 8]--
A new place has opened up in Altador. Go toThe Restive Tomb for this step.

This tomb stands silent and grave, watching over Altador from high atop a cliff.

Click (if you can) on the black dots on the door. It should appear like this:
If you find you can't click the dots, don't fret, just follow these steps:
- On your browser's navigation click View then Source. How strange. There seems to be some kind of pattern in the stonework on the front of the tomb doors. What could it mean?

Return to Finneus and follow the steps of 'Mapping your Starchart' to retrive your new starchart.
Set up your telescope again and, armed with your starchart, look for a constellation in the exact pattern of glowing stars on the Tomb door. When you have found it, connect them up and submit. It will tell you when you have found the right stars and if you have, it should look something like this:

Now when you look above The Darkest Faerie's statue, you will see the correct constellation lit up:

--[ STEP 9 ]--
Click on the clouds above Altador:

Then click on the gap in the clouds to see your next constellation.

The clouds should look like this:

Follow the steps above for 'Mapping your Starchart' and map and submit your constellation as before. Your new constellation should look something like this:

Return to Finneus and The Book of Ages - both should have alot to say now!

The archivist says, 'Ah, you found another constellation! Most excellent. And another chapter has appeared in the Book of Ages! This one seems to concern Psellia, also known as the Dreamer.
The archivist examines some notes on his desk. 'I've been thinking about what's going on. Why these clues are revealing themselves to someone such as yourself. And why this did not happen until after the Darkest Faerie was defeated, and her grip on Altador broken.' He shakes his head. 'It makes sense, intuitively, but I don't know what's going on. I've been looking through the Archives, trying to find something in our histories that could explain this, but I've been having trouble even finding the histories in all this mess.' He shakes his head. 'I'll get this place cleaned up one day, I swear...
--[ STEP 10 ]--
Once again, visit the The Restive Tomb and click in the absolute bottom-most, left-hand corner:

You turn around and see a breathtaking view of Altador. The sun, low on the horizon, seems to be shining through the tower of the Hall of Heroes.

Leave the Tomb and make your way to the Hall of Heroes. Click on the statue of Sasha, The Dancer then the beam of sunlight out the window:

Click on one of the sunspots on the ground:

You should see the next constellation:

Visit Finneus, then follow the steps under 'Mapping your Starchart' and submit your new constellation, The First to Rise as before. You should see your constellation like this:

If you now make your way to the Astronomy Club, you will be given another neat present:

The Astronomy Club members once again cheer as you enter the room. The president walks up, a smile plastered across his face. 'Gosh, it's really great how you're finding all these constellations so fast. I really wish I knew how you did it.' The smile is not in his eyes, though.
Nevertheless, he withdraws a small item from his robes. 'Well, uh, anyway... I suppose you should have this, now that you're obviously a full-fledged astronomer.

Astronomy Club Membership Badge
--[ STEP 11 ]--
Click on the Farm just outside of the city walls:

This is one of Altador's oldest farms, owned by Farmer Follies and his family.

Farmer Follies eyes you as you approach. 'Well howdy there,' he says. 'You're from the city, eh? I've got a ninth cousin there, works as a janitor, maybe you know him.
Click on the door of the Windmill.
This old windmill is how Farmer Follies turns wheat into grain.

Click on the lever next to the cog.
You try to force the windmill's blades to turn, in an attempt to blow excess wheat away from the field.

Farmer Follies runs into the windmill, shouting at you. 'WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!' He slaps your hand away from the windmill machinery.
Click the door to leave, then click a bale of hay.

You should see your next constellation:

Visit Finneus in his office - he has a suprise for you! Then retrive your starmap and start mapping out The Farmer.

The archivist says, 'A clue revealing itself in a pattern of wheat in a field? Remarkable! There must be strong magics afoot indeed, if these clues can be found in such subtle and unexpected places.
The archivist clears his throat. 'Oh, by the way, if you want to see all your previous clues collected into one place, I've made up a list for you here.
The archivist draws a piece of note paper from the pile on his desk. 'Here I've arranged all the clues you've found so far. Feel free to examine this list at any time if you want to see the clues.
Your constellation should look like this:

--[ STEP 12 ]--
For this step you must go to the new Dance Club that has opened
You look at the flyer on the bulletin board. It seems to be advertising a Dance Club!
Join the Dance Club! Learn to glide across the dance floor and impress all your friends with your funky style!

Click on a spot of light to find the next constellation:

There seems to be a regular pattern of lights reflecting off the disco ball...
Get your telescope out and start mapping The Dancer!

--[ STEP 13 ]--
Go to the Altadorian Docks reached from the main map by clicking in the top-left corner:

These docks are the basis of Altador's mighty shipping industry.

Click on the closer waves to light up the next constellation:
The spray on the waves seems to have formed itself into an unlikely pattern...

Go to the Observatory and, you should know the drill by now, map your constellation. It should look like this when finished:

If you then visit the Astronomy Club, you will recieve another gift:

The Astronomy Club members greet you warmly as you enter the room... except the club president, who ignores you completely.
The other club members come over to you. The Wocky clears her throat. 'We just wanted to say that we appreciate all the great work you're doing for the Astronomy Club. Finding those constellations has really made everyone impressed with us! So, because of that, we got together -- except for Mr. Pouty over there --' She glares at the club president. '--and got you this!'

Broken Astrolabe
The Wocky continues, 'Sorry it's broken, but we don't have a lot of money. In fact, we found it in the storage closet here... But it's still a cool little item, isn't it?
If you then take your Broken Astrolabe to the Toy Repair Shop on Terror Mountain to be repaired. It is suggested that you do get the item repaired and store it in your SDB for safe keeping.
Note: you may have to pay a small amount of np or get it fixed for free - it's random!

Heck, I ain't seen one o' these in... days! I'll fix it fer free! Just give me th' word!

Broken Astrolabe

Donny manages to repair the item!
Ha! I told ye I could do it! Now begone, ye fur-bitin' good-fer-nothin' prawn.
You have received:

Shiny Astrolabe
--[ STEP 14 ]--
Go to the Colosseum in the middle of Altador:

The mighty Colosseum of Altador is an ancient arena that is home to many contests, tournaments, and feats of physical prowess.

Click on the windows to view them. Most of them will be empty:

Keep searching the windows until you find the Grarrl:
A mysterious figure beckons to you from the shadows...

Psst... hey, you. You look like someone who'd be interested in joining...' He glances around furtively and whispers. 'Punch Club. And before you do, you have to remember that the first rule of Punch Club is that you don't talk about Punch Club... unless someone asks, then you can talk about it. Just don't bring it up. Unless you overhear someone else talking about it, because, like, they clearly already know about it.' He nods, agreeing with himself. You get the impression that this Grarrl is not entirely stable.
Go with the Grarrl to the Punch Club:
In a secluded alley behind the Colosseum are gathered a group of Neopets... This is Punch Club.

Would you like some punch?
Perhaps you should try some punch. You don't want to be rude.
Keep clicking on the three punch bowls to drink punch. After every drink, check to see if the golden goblet between the second and third bowls has become click-able. When it has, click it to see it in closer detail:

Click on the sun shield to reveal the next constellation:

Pay Finneus a vist, then proceed to your telescope to submit your constellation:

Once you have, take a look in the door of the Astronomy Club.

The Astronomy Club members greet you warmly as you enter the room... except the club president, who ignores you completely and mutters imprecations under his breath.
A couple of the other club members--the Wocky and the Korbat--come over to you. They motion you over to a corner of the room. 'Listen, we're all pretty unhappy with how the club president is running this place. I mean, we can do what we want, mostly, but he's just really grouchy and being a jerk lately. We just wanted to let you know that, um...' She glances around furtively. 'He may not be the club president for much longer, if you know what I mean.' She winks meaningfully at you, then goes back to her star charts.
--[ STEP 15 ]--
Head to any of the Altadorian Shops; Exquisite Ambrosia , Illustrious Armoury , Magical Marvels , Legendary Petpets .
Check the inflation and times that by 100. Withdraw the resulting number of nps from your bank/ shop till in another window. For example if, at Magic Marvels, the inflation was 3.84%, you would withdraw 384 np out of your bank account:

Now refresh the shop. An item priced at the exact amount of np you have out should now have appeared. Click on it (you will not have to buy it) to reveal the next clue like in this example:

There appears to be a strange pattern of dots on the side of these golden scales...
--[ STEP 16 ]--
Go to the Archives and click Lenncy Conundrum who has appeared:

A familiar-looking Lenny beckons you over to the side of the lobby. Hey! It's that Lenny from the Lenny Conundrum!

Hey, you! Listen, you know Finneus, the archivist, right? I heard him say you've been helping him with some kind of... history puzzle, or something. I don't know, but anyway. Finneus is my uncle, and I want to give him a special surprise for his birthday, which is coming up soon. It's the fourteenth day after the square root of the number of Grundos you find in the--er, sorry, nevermind. Force of habit. Anyway, look, here's what I want to do: He's got this favourite Meepit plushie of his, yeah? And I want to decorate it all nice for his birthday.
He grumps. 'But I want it to be a surprise! He's always in that office of his, so I can't get ahold of it. If I hang around until he turns his back, he'll get suspicious. But since you're always in there, you could get it without him noticing. So, can you help me?
Now go to Uncle Finneus and click on the vase in the upper left-hand corner.

You throw a pebble at the vase. The archivist spins around at the sound of something plinking against the vase. 'What? What's was that? Did you hear something?
While the Lenny's back is turned, click on the meepit plushie.

The archivist shrugs and turns back around. 'Oh well. I'm just hearing things as I get old, I suppose. Say, I wonder where I put that Meepit plushie...
Return to Lenny Conundrum in the hall.

Great, you got the plushie! I--' He looks at it, startled. 'Wait a second, this isn't his favourite Meepit plushie. That one has, uh, um... well...' He scratches his head. 'It's a little different, it's got a... a thingy... Look, I'll know it when I see it. You've got to go and get his favourite plushie. Hurry! His birthday is only 94 times the number of bolts on the Virtupets Space Station seconds away!
Click on the Library door handle to enter the Library.

Keep clicking the left-hand door along the top of the image until the smaller door to the left is clickable. Click the smaller door to find the box of meepit plushies.

How interesting... a box of Meepit plushies. This must be where the Archivist keeps getting his replacements!
Click 'Hide the box'.

You hide the box of Meepit plushies in another closet. Now the Archivist will never find them!
Go back to Finnues in his office.

The archivist frowns as you enter. 'Hm, I seem to have misplaced my box of replacement Meepit plushies. I only have one other one... my favourite.' He pulls a battered old Meepit plushie from a locked cabinet, and sniffles as he examines it. 'This little guy was the first Meepit plushie I ever bought!
Once again, distract Finneus by clicking the vase then click the meepit plushie.

The archivist shrugs and turns back around. 'Oh well. I'm just hearing things as I get old, I suppose. Oh no! My favorite Meepit plushie is gone!' He sobs, dismayed.
Return to Lenny Conundrum.

Excellent!' he cheers as you bring him Finneus's favourite Meepit plushie. 'This is the real one. Now, let me just put this ribbon on it--' RRRRIP! 'Uh oh.

Oh no! I tore the Meepit's head off! Woe' He looks down at the headless Meepit plushie. 'I--hey, what's this?' He reaches into the plushie and pulls out an old, dull, rusted dagger that was hidden inside the plushie. 'Huh, some kind of dagger stored inside the plushie. How weird. Oh well. I guess you better give this plushie back to Finneus. I hope he's not mad at me!
Click the dagger to see the next constellation:

There's an odd pattern of marks on the dagger the Lenny is examining.
After submitting The Thief constellation, make your way to the Astronomy Club for yet another present:

The Astronomy Club members greet you warmly as you enter the room... except the club president, who grabs a protractor and threatens you with it every time you come near him.
The other club members give you overly casual nods. The Wocky sidles up and whispers, 'Don't worry, we'll be making our move soon. In the meantime, hang onto this. And don't ask where I got it.'"

The Astronomy Club
The Wocky explains, 'Let's just say it might come in handy later on. Or it might not.' She winks and wanders away.
IMPORTANT: Put this item straight into your SDB and don't take it out!! You are sure to need it in the Battledome later in the plot!!
--[ STEP 17 ]--
Go to either Follie's Farm, the Docks or the Quarry and click on the Vaeolus that has appeared. For example at Follie's Farm:
The Quiggle gives you the potion, and reaches out to take your 30,000 neopoints...
*WHACK!*
The Archivist storms over and swats the Quiggle on the hand. 'Hey! No selling of items is allowed in the Archives! Why are you such a troublemaker, anyway?' He mutters angrily and retreats to his office.
Follow Finneus into his office and click on the Petpet. You should now have the option to give it medicine.
Follow Finneus into his office and click on the Petpet. You should now have the option to give it medicine.
Now head to the Punch Club behind the Colosseum and click on the pie on the table in the background.

Then go, once again, to the Restive Tomb and click on the wooden bar on the door.

You enter the creepy old tomb...

Oh no! An angry, mummified Gelatinous Non-Cube is roaming around the tomb!
This 'Non-Cube' seems to like tombs. Remeber it from the Lost Desert Plot?

Anyway, back to this Plot. It is suggested you must refresh every 59 seconds past the minute until you see a stray bandage dangling from the bottom, right-hand corner giant mummified Jelly. Note: This may take a while so be patient!

--[ Plot Speculation ]--
In this section, interesting clues or speculation about the plot puzzle or storyline will be presented to you here as they are discovered so you may want to check it every once in a while.
--[ Clues in TCG's ]--
The hand shown holding the Sceptre of Banishing on the TCG below bears a remarkable resemblance to Jerdana's, don't you think? But, as with all TCG's, it is VERY unlikley to appear in the actual comic.

This 'New TCG Image' has everyone speculating over whether Jerdana will be/ was once tainted by the Darkest Faerie. The use of the word 'Sorceress' futher supports this theory as we know Jerdana has powerful magic.

This myserious Aisha has appeared to travelers in the Haunted Woods, but the disappearing into thin air thing is the creepy part.

There is a wide debate as to whether, in the Plot comics, Sophie will be said to live in the Haunted Woods or Bogshot Village. In the Darkest Faerie PS2 Game, Sophie lives in the Haunted Woods but the Bogshot Village TCG suggests that, on neopets.com at least, Sophie lives in Bogshot. To add to this debate, it's not even certain that Sophie will be involved in the on-site Plot at all! (See Characters Section).
The quote on the Altadorian Plate TCG is very interesting to Altadorian Plot fans! No other suit of armour in the land could stand up to her dark magic. So if Tor were able to get ahold of this armour, he would be able to defeat the Darkest Faeries many minions and perhaps even the Darkest Faerie herself?
--[ Items of Interest ]--
In this small section there are just some random little finds that will probablly have no effect on the Plot Comics or Steps. They are just for you to read at your leisure.
Could Florin be a member of the Herbalism Club? Look closley at the clasp the Herbalism Quiggle wears on his shoulder and the clasp Florin wears on his belt. Just an interesting side note...

Reading this Neopedia Article you will find several things of interest. Can you spot them?

Neopedia : Kingdom of Altador
Current Location: Unknown (near the sea)
Founded by: The Twelve Heroes
Primary Ruler: King Altador
Council Members: The ten remaining heroes
Areas of Interest: Altador Coliseum, Archives, Hall of Heroes
Long cherished as one of the most outstanding kingdoms in all Neopia, Altador nearly faded completely into myth before making a recent reappearance. Word is quickly spreading that two young heroes, a Lupe and an Acara, had something to do with the great city's restoration. Now, thanks to the aid of Queen Fyora herself, it seems that the Darkest Faerie is once again trapped... this time in a place where Fyora can keep a close eye on her.
With the Darkest Faerie gone, the kingdom of Altador is no longer at risk, which is why it's been made accessible through a portal located in Faerie City. The citizens of Altador are still somewhat dazed by the thousand years that have passed since they were last free, but they seem to be slowly recovering. It appears, however, that many are having trouble remembering the impressive history of their city.
Did you get all that? Here is what can be concluded:
.Under 'Areas of Interest' , Altador Coliseum is the only place listed that you can not currently visit. Could the Coliseum open to be inspected as the plot unravels?
A city in peril... heroes in danger... growing darkness.... Her memories were fading fast
Roberta is the shopkeeper in the Brightvale Scrollery:

--[ Some Interesting Math ]--
Also, it has been suggested that each of the Twelve Protectors represent each month of the Neopian Calendar. The Book of Ages has 52 pages and a year has 52 weeks. Each month is around 4 weeks. Each time you submit a correct constellation (see Plot Steps) you are able to see 4 more pages in the Book as well as the original 2 pages recieved for completing step 5.
The math - The Book of Ages will contain 4 pages on each Protector and nothing more. All you have to do to complete your book is to find all the constellations and submit them!

--[ The Tainted Paint Brush]--
It has been rumoured that a Tainted Paint Brush will be released during the plot. This is completley unconfirmed so this section of this guide is purely for interest.
What will tainted pets and petpets look like if this comes to be? Think of Darigan-painted pets that appear purple and you are almost there. Tainted pets and petpets will appear dark purple with glowing red eyes. Pets that have some form of wings will have them withered and mutated. Here are some examples of what to expect:
