The Reaper
Uh-oh....you must've taken a wrong turn somewhere.
You look around the pitch-black room fearfully, as if expecting something to leap out at you. You chuckle un-easily; of COURSE that's not gonna happen. You would be expecting that. Nothing else is in here.... in a few minutes, you'll wake up from this dream and be at home, nuzzled by the fireplace with your adorable puppyblew in your lap.
But, of course, something leaps out at you. You cry out in fear as you see a mutant kougra enter the room soon after you had. Blood dripped from his muzzle onto the 'floor', and his footsteps tracked blood. He had, apparently, gotten himself into trouble.
He stretches his mighty wings before scowling down upon you with his blood-red eyes, his navy-dipped ears pinned back. You gulp and scramble away, only to be stopped by a wall that you didn't know was there.
Another intruder!?" he roared angrily, leaping for you. You scream loudly, expecting the impact to kill you quickly as you shut your eyes, only to not feel anything.
You, relunctantly, open one eye. The kougra's tail was being held by a woman with short silver hair. She had wolf ears perked on each side of her head, and a tail that drooped. A black crescent scar rested in the middle of her forehead, and her icy blue eyes seemed scarier than that of the kougra's.
Wha--Shiori!" the kougra growled angrily, but it didn't seem to frighten this 'Shiori' character. You stare on in awe as she fusses out the big cat.
Soku! What have I told you about scaring away our visitors!" she yelled angrily, causing the kougra to shrink under her glare. "Go clean yourself off, you filthy, murdering neopet!"
Mumbling things about stupid wolves and several obscenities, the kougra crawled away. The woman directed her face to you, causing you to cringe, only to see that her expression had softened and that she was actually quite pretty.
I apologize for him!" she said embarrassedly, scratching her head. "He's just a big ol' ornery cat. If you wanna learn something here, then feel free to go confront him. I'll be sure to stay near so that he doesn't kill you."
Shiori calls out again, and Soku comes crawling back, no more blood on his paws or muzzle.
Tell her about yourself." she commanded. The kougra snorted and glared at her.
Fine. Sit down." he demanded. You and Shiori both sit down, suddenly finding comfort in this large, black abyss.
Sokumatu's Past
I was a mistake.
My mother was single, for my father had left when he knew that she was carrying his cub. He left way before I was born.
My mother said "You're a mistake" and "I hate you" as much as good parents say "I love you." She hated my guts.
I was only a mutant kougra cub. I was nothing special. My markings were a bit diffrent from the others, and my pelt was emerald green instead of a sickly color.
The day my 'mother' ran off, away from me, I was captured by the horrible race known as mortals, or humans. They took me and shoved me into a cage in the back of a dusty old car. They took off to a far-away place; a place many people go to change their pets.
The Lab.
They shoved me against the wall, making my fragile bones bleed since I was so young.
Lets try to mix him with a....red and black darigan lupe. Yes, the wings should look good on him..." one of the men said. "Then we'll take him, breed him, and get millions of neopoints off of him! We'll be rich, and all for some stupid dragon wings!"
I roared pitifully. I had no idea how to speak 'human' yet.
I saw as they pulled a darigan lupe pup out of his cage in the back of the lab. This one was weird, though. Instead of the normal purple color, he was red and black. They latched him up on the wall next to me. He howled in fear.
One of the humans opened my mouth and the lupe's at the same time, and another placed a pill in both of our mouths.
I shivered. My eyelids were getting heavy. I finally allowed myself to go to sleep.
When I awoke, my shoulders were in searing pain. I looked back, and my eyes widened. There, on my back, were the two wings that had been on the lupe's back earlier.
Afraid of what might have happened, I looked to my side. There, sitting, was the darigan lupe. He lay in a puddle of blood: tossed to the side of the room. Dead.
My eyes blazed in hatred and anger. I roared out angrily, and slashed my sharp claws across the humans. They screeched in pain and fell to the ground, blood pouring from where I cut them.
I flew out of the lab and towards a land called Setsumi. A gigantic gust of wind struck me, and I smelt the scent of a female kougra. She was about my age.
I landed atop a hill, and looked around the land. Still only being a cub, I was curious. But now, being merged with the deadliness of a mutant kougra AND a darigan lupe, I wanted to kill. To taste the blood in my mouth.
I killed. I murdered. I slaughtered.
All were dead, except for a certain bunch and ones that had hid carefully. The certain bunch... was that of a mother faerie kougra, a father skunk kougra, and...
A white female cub.
I glared at the cub. She was the same scent I had smelled earlier. I growled to her,
You, white one. You know what? You're the one who led me here. Those frail winds, the poor roars of the left-behind kougras...all you... I bet you didn't know you had wind powers, did you? Well...you do. This is ALL your fault..."
I watched her shake her head fiercely. I skipped them; I would have fun killing them later.
I continued for ages, going from peaceful region to peaceful region, and making them scream in fear. So much blood and bleeding, death and dying...it was beautiful.
I developed the name "Sokumatu", which meant "murderer" in kougra's native language.
I continued on for years and years, humans always trying to capture me, but always ending up DEAD.
As I was resting above in a tree, now a full-fledged kougra, I smelled the familiar scent of the white kougress. I looked down from my hidden perch in the shadows.
I smirked. I jumped down from the trees and slashed her shoulder-blades. But, not as I had suspected, 2 angelic, white wings emerged from her back as she roared in pain.
I quickly flexed my wings and fled. Now she would be a REAL match for me. She was the angel, and I was the devil.
In my book, all angels deserved to DIE.
After a quick wreckage of another peaceful region, more killings, and a fight with a human, I rested in the leaves on the ground, until I finally dozed to sleep.
When I awoke, a woman was bent over me. She had shoulder-length silver hair, wolf ears, and a wolf tail. She wore a grey cloak, and had a black crescent moon scar on her forehead.
I jumped away with a roar. She stared at me, not showing any fear at all.
She pulled a sword out of a sheath on her back. It lit up in flames. My eyes widened; she had the element of fire.
I won't hurt you if you don't TRY to hurt me." she said shortly, a small growl in her voice.
Something told me not to hurt her. I retreated my claws, and sat on my haunches.
I am Shiori Reole. You are?" she asked, sitting down beside me.
I snorted. "Wouldn't YOU like to know?" I smarted to her.
She shook her head. "I smell blood on you. You've killed many, haven't you?" she said quietly.
I growled. "Yup. Whatcha gonna DO about it?!"
She looked at me, her face still not showing any sign of fear or shock. "Nothing. I've killed over 3 million people. You reak of much less."
I twitched. She, this innocent looking woman, had killed 3 MILLION people!? Suddenly, the stench of blood was all I could smell. This girl wasn't lying.
She smiled at me slyly. "I kill. You kill. Let us not kill each other. I will care for you, you will care for me."
I stared at her shallowly. I finally slowly nodded.
We then stood and went our seperate ways. I flew to the air, she turned into a white wolf(that still had her scar) and ran to the woods.
Days later, as I was searching for more humans and pets to kill, 2 familiar scents rushed to my nose. It was that stupid white kougress, named Tiger Cub, and Shiori. Together.
I dove towards the ground and landed in front of Shiori. She stared at me, startled. Tiger growled angrily as her eyes turned a dark blood red.
She slashed at me, and I evaded it easily. I then slashed her back. She was letting her rage get to her; it was blinding her.
She slowly rose into the air, and the wind picked up severely. Trees uprooted, boulders flew into the air, and Shiori struggled to stay on the ground.
She tried to focus the wind on me and me only, but couldn't do it. It was tearing her to shreds instead. I smirked, liking this very much.
Suddenly, my eyes widened as my smirk turned to a snarl. Shiori had placed a silver bracelet on each of Tiger's front legs.
The wind all blew towards me, making me roar in pain and fly back. Using it to help me get the thrust forward, I flexed my wings and flew off.
Days later, as I lay in the leaves, bleeding severely, Shiori found me. She told me that Tiger had become a Star Guardian, and that it was destiny for me to try and kill her, so I could kill all the star guardians and other guardians, while torture the people in Neopia.
I had no problem with that.
I flew upwards, towards the stars. To find the angel. And let her get what she deserves.
To DIE.

Shiori
Shiori is the wolf demon. She is one of the veeery few in my family that I actually respect. She guards me in rough times, and I guard her in rough times. She has saved me several times, and she is stronger than she looks.
Tiger_Cub
A wretch of all portions. She guards the stars, and I will kill her. When she dies, the stars die as well, and I will torture Neopia until it can take no more.

I only know this mare because I once stole her away and shoved her into Hell. Unfortuately, her stupid friends got her out....Grr....

Hmph. I did the same to this lupess as I did to Uni. Shoved her away in the depths of Hell until....well, her friends rescued her.

This kougra I hate, yet respect. She is silent and lets no one read her thoughts. She is quite pretty, but too goody-goody for me.

Hmph. This stupid kougra is the cub of Tiger Cub. She's perky and angry, and that gets on my nerves. One day, as I and Cub were fighting, she got in my way. I ripped off her arm in exchange, yet she still is perky. Annoying stupid cub...I'll kill her one day.

I care nothing that she is now a lupess. She is still the same Teul, and I love her. No one can change that, especially not a change of her body. She's changed many times, and this is no different. I love her. Forever and always.

In my anthro form, I wear a sleeveless, dark teal shirt. I have darkgrey/black pants. I have shaggy black hair that often gets in my eyes. My fur turns much much shorter, like fuzzy hairs on skin. If I ever need to fly, my wings sprout from my back and through my shirt (yes, it leaves holes) and become big enough to lift me off the ground.
