Krawks of Neopia Directory Moving

Yes, that's right, you heard correctly, one of the first and oldest directories has closed it's doors. Why?

When I first started my directory back in March of 2005, Millysal's directory was one of the only ones around. Now directories are everywhere, and at first I was pleased. Even though it was hard work at first to get the word out about my directory, I thought it was fun looking at everyone's Krawks. Why shouldn't everyone else get to experience the fun, too? Unfortunately, not everyone makes directories for fun nowadays; I've personally witnessed several examples of where people only wanted to start directories for the so-called glory.

As life became harder for me, it became harder to update the Directory as well. Sometimes neomails sat in my inbox until they got deleted. This continued for nearly 3 months before I decided it wouldn't be fair to anyone to just let my work sit there, and fortunately I was able to find a solution.

James, aka Chivo, and his Krawk, Rift, have officially taken over the directory, and they've done more than that as well! The FAQ got a facelift, the graphics are great, and all the Krawks got reorganized or were removed if their owners had been frozen.

So if you're here to add your Krawk to Oreborn's Krawks Of Neopia Directory, I have some bad news. You'll have to head on over to the Krawk Kingdom instead. ;)



Oreborn's page was not entirely deleted, however. It was given a nice resting place on Sakaneis's petpage.
