Look. A word of advice. Just hit the ESC button on your keyboard if this music is starting to make your head explode.

The cave was planted in the middle of a canyon of caves. The caves were seperated a bit far apart, but this one looked special. Plants had been planted in clumps, as if for security, and trenches had been dug filled with fish and underwater plants. Most of them were native to Mystery Island, but you could see that some of them, the ones in pots, were non-native. The non-natives had thornbushes around them like a shrine, protecting them from something. As this cave looked the most interesting, you decide that that cave would be nice to explore. Or perhaps you were attracted by the scent of the flowers.
You step into the cave, your trainers hitting the hard stone floor. The cave was enormous and long, with vines growing up the walls. You slowly feel yourself going deeper into the earth, and the vines begin to wither. Small candles hung from the celing from rusty steel chains, illuminating the walls. A halo of light appears ahead of you, and you step into the light.

You're in an almost normal-looking room, with a bed, a bookshelf, and a desk in the corner. Everything seemed to be made of bamboo and wood, and it is illuminated not by candles, but by small lamps. It was extremely light, and the floors were covered in short-haired faux fur rugs of various shades of lynx pattern.

You notice a canine in the middle of the room. She was a blueish-shaded lupe with a pair of lynx-patterned wings extending from her back. They were huge, with a wingspan of twelve feet, nearly dwarfing the Lupe herself. She was about the size of a large kacheek, about two feet at the shoulder.

Her ears were huge, like a desert fox's, and had a black back with a white spot. Soft white fur stuck out of the inside, and her snout was almost foxlike, with a petite grey nose. Her chest was poofy, and her form was very skinny, almost unnaturally. Her tail was also foxlike, tipped with cream. Also, her front paws had two 'socks', of the same cream color, and were tiny. As you got closer, you realized that her fur was actually spotted, like a leopard's.

She looks up at you, from something in her paws. Hello, there. My name is Banzik. Whatchya doin'? Her paws seemed to be glowing, for some strange reason, a faded yellow.

You gulp, and reply, Oh, nothing. I just saw this cave and I thought...

It's no problem! replied Banzik, smirking and exposing small sharp teeth. I don't mind visitors. Hold on... she places something on the ground, and you realize why her paws were glowing. A small flaming coconut burned out against the stone. Stomping it with her paw, she put it out and shook the ash off her paw. You notice that the pad of the paw itself was burnt and raw.

She tenatively shakes your hand with her paw, and you notice her wincing slightly. Are you okay?

Oh, this? She looks at her front paws, and said, It's just a minor burn. I've had it for a bit. It's not that common, but you get used to it when you work with fire.

Something scurried out from under the bed. It was just as thin as her, and was about as tall as her shoulder. It was a Noilkeet without a mane, looking like a half a parrot and half of lion. He wasn't quite without a mane, however. He had a small scruffy brown mane, which extended from the first sign of feathers to his hips.

Banzik? Are you torturing innocents again? It asked, blinking. His tail flicked impatiently, and yawned.

Banzik gave him an impatient look. I was until you blabbed, FLUKE!

Ignore her. She's slightly eccentric. Fluke chirped, and shakes you hand with his claw. The name is Fluke, master of sanity around here. If the Lupe bothers you, I have some shackles.
