The rest of the customization would vary. I'm not sure about the petpet yet! There are so many to choose from...

Personality
Joke is kinda insecure and uses fancy words like "catharsis" to seem smarter than she is, but she is also a very happy, charismatic and creative person. She likes drawing, fashion (she wears pyjamas all day, but that's a statement!) and gaming. She wants to be a game designer (even though she knows nothing about programming) and doodles on any available surface. The term "art nerd" kinda applies. Ask her about Picasso.

Past
Joke's parents wanted her to be a tidy girly girl, even though Joke disagreed with this and always got mud on her frilly dresses. When she was a teenager, she decided to stop wearing dresses altogether and showed up at home in a big slobby sweater and jeans. Her father raised an eyebrow and told her to bugger off. She wandered around aimlessly for a bit and somehow ended up living with two girls and a zombie pony.
Site activities
Joke would appear in my NT comic, entered in the BC and I'd turn this app into a proper petpage with adopts and everything. I keep my pets fed in the Neolodge and occasionally play to keep them cheerful.

The me
Who am I?
I'm Glitt. I'm 17 years old. I like weird alternative music (the britpop kind, not the scream-like-you-mean-it kind) and comics. Among other things.
On Neopets, my main source of fun is making my pets personalities, drawing (sometimes BCing), customizing and making comics for the NT. I play games and run a bookshop to make neopoints for customization (I don't buy NC) and to fill up my geeky gallery. I don't usually apply for pets since it's always a guess if people like my style (and stuff).
Off site, I still draw a lot xD I haven't been doing much lately, since I've got an illness that eats my energy (nothing permanent, just annoying), but otherwise I'd work on more serious comics, go to concerts and fight my way through school.

Why Jokerthe?
I didn't pick Jokerthe because I was browsing, or because the name inspired me. I came up with this personality before having an eye on any krawk and my eye fell on Jokerthe because her name is cute (and somewhat fitting, though my design doesn't involve any cards) and she's a she. I also checked your (Tundra's) desert lupe application, and anyone who likes big glasses has good taste in my book :B

Why me?
I have wanted a krawk since I first joined Neopets six years ago, trying to create one was one of the very first things I did on this site (and how I learnt what the word "restricted" meant!) Back then, krawks were one million, which I thought I'd nevereverever have, and the price has been inflating along with my ability to make neopoints ever since. I kinda gave up on it, but then I got inspired, made up the character I mentioned before and decided I'd apply for one, even though I don't think I'm very good at this. Please note I don't want a krawk as a trophy pet (my usul is "only christmas" and I love her all the same), but because I have an idea for one and because they're neat. I promise you that I will never trade Jokerthe and that I won't pressure you in any way. I also won't go around begging people to back me up, if anyone does, that's their decision (:

Okay, these guys do not really belong under the "portfolio" header, but they do show what I come up with! D:

	Qialia She's an competitive and arrogant brat, but can be very nice when she wants to. She and Joke would get along pretty well... most of the time. Qia is pet I've drawn the most by a very, very long shot (I don't keep my old junk around, but believe me!) She would have more BC trophies if her look wasn't so human.
	Dorquette Dorquette is sweet, naive and shy. She is a social disaster, but very smart when it comes to maths and science. She wants to build a time machine and see the beginning of the universe. Quite ambitious for someone so tiny, isn't she? She'd look up to Joke like she looks up to any big sister figure, they could play games together.
	Clockworker Girls rule, boys drool. His mad scientist mentality went a bit too far and he got killed. Sortof. Erm.
