Month of Hunting

Day 15

I had another good day today. Frizzle and I had visited our homeland Tyrannia. Had loads of fun. I still remember how it was back at the Petpet Adoption Center. I lived there with about two-dozen other petpets. We were used petpets. Petpets that had been dumped, abandoned, thrown away, or any other term like that. Most of us were very different. We all had sad stories. I've seen a poor metal snowbunny. His previous owner had tried to invent a metal petpet paintbrush. The experiment went horribly wrong and the snowbunny lost all physical movement.

As for me, my owner had told me to drink a potion they had come across. Not wanting to disobey, I drank it. In one painful movement, I felt my horns (all of them) lengthen, then 2 of them (the ones near the back of my head) swiveled around and face forward! I looked like I had a claw on the top of my head! And then in another painful movement, I was placed at the Petpet Adoption Center.

I was there for 8 miserable months until a savior came. That 'savior' was Frizzle, the yellow lupe. I recall him joking to his owner Lilicame about my horns. "Great for playing catch with" he had said. But for once in my life, my horns were joked about in a friendly manner. Soon afterwards, Frizzle brought me home. We go everywhere together. When we're not traveling all over Neopia, we can be found playing in the backyard of our Neohome. And my horns are indeed good for playing catch.
