Please use this page if you can no longer access your account due to a scam, fake login page, or because someone has somehow gotten your password.

If you can still access your account but you think that someone else has been in it, please change your password immediately on this page: http://www.neopets.com/userinfo.phtml. On that page you can also check the e-mail address entered in your account (if any) and make sure that it is correct. If your account has someone else's e-mail address, then they are able to get your password.

Before submitting an inquiry using this form, please use the Lost Password box located on the Login page. If your e-mail address is listed correctly in your account, your password will automatically be sent to that address. If within 24 hours you have not received your password, then fill out this form and we will look into your situation.

Please remember that Neopets is not responsible for items or Neopoints lost in unfair trades, contests, or other scams. You are responsible for keeping your account safe, so if you have given out items, Neopoints, your password, or anything else because someone told you they had a cheat, a program, a secret, or that you would suddenly have millions of Neopoints or rare items for doing so, we cannot help you. If you have fallen for a scam like this then you were basically trying to cheat the game in the first place, and you have done so at your own risk. There are no real tricks or shortcuts to earning lots of Neopoints quickly, and anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to cheat you. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. We cannot refund any items or neopoints, or return accounts that were lost this way, but if you know the username of the person who scammed you you can use the Abuse-Reporting form to report them.
